Had an issue with out old unit, Jonathan came out and serviced our unit, and did a few tests and notified us that we are on the short list to our unit dying. We took the plunge with Adam the salesman who came after Jonathan. They deducted the service call from Jonathan. Got busy getting it in during the cool streak we had, and ready to go before heat spell starting tomorrow. Got a fancy new Thermostat that has no idea where i live. GPS is down everywhere from the solar storms. I can now turn it on from my phone wherever I am. They were on time, courteous, cleaned up there messes too. I do believe that Jonathon deserves commendation and so does Adam. Give those men some praise and buy them a fat sandwich and a root beer! They deserve it, and the installers get them a sandwich too, they had to put up with an army of chihuahuas barking at them for 3 days!

The technician came exactly at the time he said he would. It was a different problem from what was anticipated but I would call again in a heart beat.

They’re only objective is to sale you something you don’t need. Right away with the sales pitch instead of problem solving. Immediate lack of trust there. Thumbs down in my book.

This company is a HONEST company. Jonathan Angulo, their technician, fix my air the way it should be. The technician at Sheldon's Heating & Air, Inc disconnected my compressor to make me replace the compressor and charged me for the service fee to replace a compressor that is currently working. I'm grateful to find Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. They are training their technicians to be ethical, honest, and trustworthy. They don't try to take advantage of naive customers. I may be naive in this field, but I have a powerful discernment and can reveal the ugly truth. Thank you, Jonathan, for your outstanding job. They were on time. Came same day. I wasn’t expecting that! Jorge, my technician was wonderful. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was so careful to keep everything clean. It was a wonderful experience!

I highly recommend doing business with this company, I was having a gas leak on my wall heater, tech came out, was able to diagnose the issue and fixed very quickly at a great price. They kept great communication and look forward to keeping my business with them for any of my plumbing or heating needs.
