This business deserves a -5 start, not even a 1 start.
DO NOT rent here. I repeat, do yourself a favor and skip this place. You'll regret it as you'll NOT receive any of your deposit back. They will make up everything to take your hard earned money. I made a huge mistake renting here for 14 months. Of all the apartment I've rent before, this is the only place that refused to return any of my security deposit. Their incompetent staff sent the final bill to the apartment that I vacated but not to the forwarding address I provided them.
The complex is so old and dirty. Someone tried to break my unit and I did reported to the Redlands PD. I guess crimes occurred quite often there based on the reaction of the manager when I notified her. She didn't appear concerned at all. Homeless people would come in diving in the dumpsters since the gate is open so anyone can come in. I did feel unsafe living there so I would not recommend this place. They switched proper management companies 3 or 4 times during the time I lived there.
I contacted the office today asking for the corporate phone number and address and was refused by Elyssa A, the assistant manager. The manager Leah Pauli happened to be in meetings, oddly every time I called. They don't respond to email or phone calls so I don't expect anything more.
I'm filling a compliant with the BBB to request some of my security deposit back.
AGAIN, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO RENT AND SKIP THIS PLACE. UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE TO PAY HIGH RENT, LIVE IN AN UNSAFE AREA, DIRTY, WITH UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND WILL NOT GET A DIME BACK FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK.

DO NOT move here. It’s dirty and gross, the staff is full of the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. They never fix broken things we waited months to get a light changed. They charge you for the smallest things. Land is unkept and gross, there is dog poop everywhere. I would not recommend this at all.

I’ve had a great experience with the property management since the new company came in. The property manager Leah addresses my issues and remembers to call me (even when I’ve forgotten) when I’ve had a problem that needs addressing. Maintenance is awesome and helpful, Anthony is always able to fix the issue and gets there quickly every time!

So, thankful for Ali helping me with different problems as new renter. Enjoying my first renting experience at Redlands Lawn and Tennis overall.

Very friendly staff! Ali is incredible leasing agent here! This was our first time getting an apartment and she made the whole process go so smoothly and answered all of our questions even after business hours. Great experience so far.

I have really enjoyed living in this apartment complex Ali was very helpful in the leasing office, and maintenance responds within just a few days of requests. I appreciate how they preventably spray weekly for bugs, and the amenities (pool, gym) are kept clean. Overall a very comfortable and safe place to live!

I'm currently going through the application process, and so far, the leasing agent, Ali Diaz, has been nothing short of fantastic. From the fun and bubbly tour of the model unit and apartment grounds to her thorough and prompt responses to all of our questions, she has been everything you could ask for in a leasing agent.

Even after office hours, she corresponded with me to help complete my application and has been keeping my household and me updated on the progress.

If you're considering taking a look at Redlands Lawn & Tennis, I highly recommend asking for Ali. She has yet to disappoint.

Ali was great! She was very positive and enthusiastic, she was able to answer all our questions and is super helpful even now being residents. She was honestly one of the main reasons I wanted to move here since I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with leasing agents in the past. The apartments are nice the grounds are beautiful just wish these California prices would relax! Love having the stater bros right next door though wouldn’t trade that for anything!

So far I have had a great experience here - I love the vaulted ceilings and foliage all around. Maintenance repairs get done and the communication, specifically from Ali Diaz, has been amazing. I am always able to get connected with her and she goes above and beyond to graciously help me out with whatever is going on.

Huge noise issue here with the pool area near me between 10pm-5am when it’s supposed to be closed. Homeless people use the hot tub to bathe and wash their clothes too. Unfortunately management’s approach has been to ignore it. Their suggestion is to call security which has never actually showed up and doesn’t seem to know of Redlands lawn and tennis club. I’ve been here almost 2 years and have had issues with no hot water for months, frequent water shut offs, and no working AC for weeks at a time. I would not recommend this apt complex.

Called for maintenance and had the pleasure of meeting Anthony. Not only did he clean all the mold and mildew problem in the bathroom rigorously and rapidly, he was very personable, understanding, professional, and extremely kind. 10/10 highly recommended!

Rob is the best person who is good for any job and is very respectful I hope he wins that competition because he makes no complaints and worked with a smile

Update… maintenance worker Jonathan went above and beyond helping me with my dryer issue. He brought me a whole new one so I didn’t have to wait any longer! I would definitely recommend living here. There are so many good things about this place. Jonathan and Ali are just 2I had the absolute BEST experience with Ali Diaz. I was in a spot where I had to move within 1 week. Ali went above and beyond to take care of me and met my needs! I do have to mention that there was/is a rude woman that also works in the office that I had to deal with and wasn’t very happy with unfortunately. People are going through many things and to have to deal with someone like her (not Ali) can really bring a person to their breaking point. I know that God had Ali intervene and take care of me. She is definitely one in a million. I wholeheartedly think Everyone can use an Ali in their lives. She is the best!
