We just love the Liquid Spring installation on our 2022 Thor Challenger. Mike B.at Redlands Truck & RV was very helpful with the process and kept me updated throughout the installation. The work was professionally completed and the RV was returned to us in pristine condition. I would highly recommend Redlands Truck & RV to anyone looking to upgrade their RV.

Extremely overy priced on parts. Not forthcoming on some extra charges. Charged 99.50 for driveline which was un done bye tow truck. Charged a shop fee.

After waiting 3 months for an appointment- Left my rv for repair for 2 solid months (they promised 3-4 days). After 2 months in their shop, supposedly “fully operable” took to the road and now up I’m in another repair service for 4+ days to repair electrical they made worse during their tenure. Left wires exposed - which trashed the inverter on the rv- So - wow. Just avoid at all costs. They are friendly and knowledgeable, have the ability to get parts faster than most (but don’t) and say things are good to go when they really aren’t - shady.

These folks are truly wonderful people. I live in my class A motorhome. While moving from one side of the country to the other, my home broke down near Redlands. I limped my way to them just as they were closing and met one of the techs. He knew they wouldn't be working on my rig as it's out of their age range but he could see the worry in my eyes. He put me up overnight in a lot so I wasn't stranded on the street and the next day helped me find a shop that did end up fixing my home. If they'll take care of someone even when they know there's nothing in it for them, you bet they'll take care of someone paying them! Love that they have a lot to live in for full timers needing repairs

Mahalo nui loa to the team out here for helping and supporting out warranty needs to replace a radiator that was defectice. Dave, Martin, Dan and the rest of the Redlands crew out here are just awesome and know what they are doing as they continued to support answering all our questions (believe us we had a lot). Dave was not only so supportive through the whole warranty process he also knows how to keep LIFE on jokes to make you feel welcomed - next time Dave we got tacos on the menu for all you. "Dan da Man" is the best at hosting all at the grove and making everyone feel very welcomed at HOME. Mr. Dan offers not only care to our rigs we call home, but ensures the care to get back home safely. Best place for repairs for a F 53 Ford chase. I will return for all my maintenance needs. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I go here to pick up Transyd Fluid, Approved by Allison, for the Duramax platform. Great people and always have it in stock. Just make sure to take your own container (s).

What a great shop. Found them in Quartzite AZ during the January show. Installed Safe T Plus steering recommended that I do some suspension work. Went to there shop in Redlands CA. I couldn’t have picked a better shop. Very professional quality work and stayed at “The Grove” there own RV park. Mike is a wizard

Dave and his team did a great job performing annual chassis and engine and 50 hour generator service, replacing Lippert Jack plates, installing Snap Pads, calibrating Lippert auto level controller, inspecting and adjusting the Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer and centered steering wheel. Plus they picked up rv and delivered rv back to their full hook up courtesy rv park. Finally, before we left the rv park they checked the engine and generator fluids.

Recommended by a former Roadmaster expert for my hitch issues. They couldn't help but recommended and were very helpful otherwise. Will call on them later when needed again

Very nice place to get your work done. Had several issues and waited for parts. They have a park with full hookups for those who are full timers as myself. There is a lounge with a TV, washer dryer, bathroom. There are several dog parks near by, and a walkway just down the street to walk your dogs. They also have a pet area for your dog to do its business.
They are very professional and get the work done along with warranties. Everyone was very nice to work with. I give them 5+ stars I will be back for service and any others issues. I highly recommend them.
