Bought a car from Travis years ago and came back again for a new one. Great service, car was delivered all nice and clean. Thank you, Travis!

If I could give this business zero stars that would be more fitting specifically the president Travis I had without question the worst, not car buying but purchase experience I have ever had here and nothing else comes close. I purchased a Lamborghini from this business and was mislead, flat out lied to and strung along and even put in a dangerous situation because of Traviss appalling handling or lack there of. We can start with my initial phone call with Travis were he directly lied to me about the condition of the clutch on my Lamborghini Murcielago. Anyone who knows about this car is aware that it’s an expensive replacement, like around 15K expensive. Travis told me yeah bro, it’s got 75% life left, plenty of life. After I purchased the car and was forced to bring it directly to Lamborghini for repairs which I’ll get to later, it in fact has to be change in the very near future and its worn. But thats only the beginning! After some negotiating we agreed on a price for the vehicle. I then hired a 3rd party, I thought unbiased local mechanic to perform a pre purchase inspection. Im not from the area so I asked Travis for a few names. I settled on someone named Mack who as it turns out, was long time friends with Travis and proceeded to work with him to ensure I get screwed over on every potential problem with the car. Namely a failing alternator which looking back was obviously being hidden because guess what, upon taking delivery of my car at 11pm in a suspect neighborhood the car wouldnt start. And to add to the fun Travis and his friend the mechanic hid the fact the car was missing roof pieces. What that means is my new Lamborghini was delivered to me non running unable to have a roof. So my new car slept in a target parking lot with a blanket over the interior. Thanks again Travis! All in all the repairs costs are in the tens of thousands. Travis is a piece of garbage and I cringe to think he’s still doing business. This is where my car slept day 1.

The internet is a wonderful tool to expose despicable people like Travis Ledford owner of this dumpy dealership. Please see my receipts for the hidden damages to my “ perfect condition “ car. Look closely at the photos of the exposed roof on the car and the 5k roof pieces in the bill. This alone is fraud. This is not including the clutch valued at 15K. I welcome other victims to contact me.

Dealer was very responsive to my requests. From the start, I was a very serious buyer and told them I didn't have time to see the car but I would go based on ppi and wanted a certain financing and down payment and told them I would put down a good faith deposit now over the phone. Travis handled me the entire time and things went very smoothly. They sent the car to Eli Vigderson's European auto repair for ppi and there James was excellent and non affiliated. They had the car shipped to me and they were great to deal with. Very honest, upfront, communicative and the ppi guy was the same. I would say the previous assessment of him being a scam artist and the ppi being an affiliated scam artist was totally not my experience. I had a Excellent experience. From start to finish, it was smooth and seamless. This is an entirely objective evaluation and I have no personal ties to redline.

I’ve purchased seven cars from Redline European and all have been exactly as promised.
