All of a sudden they were closed while the employee there was standing at the entrance staring at me with a disdained look on his face like I was going to rob him or something. This while it was pouring rain out. All I wanted to do was to purchase an overpriced lockbox from them. They lost out on a sale and possible repeat customer. I do property management in that area and always in the market for keys, new locks, lock boxes, locksmiths, etc. BIG Mistake!
