Very unpleasant and unprofessional Experience. Getting personally yelled and screamed at just for inquiring about what kind of services they provide by a case manager named Vanessa. Definitely don't wanna help those who actually need the assistance they claim to provide. Someone needs to call on this place because they are obviously acting in a manner that is totally unprofessional and unfair to those who need the help and guidance in their lives. I didn't realize calling and requesting information about services was a crime.isn't this place open for the public? Never again I will go the Regional Center for any kind of help for myself or others. Iam definitely gonna tell others not to go here. Everyone's better off somewhere else.someplace where the staff members who actually wanna help.shouldn't matter how complicated or complex a person's case is.
