The Management or the city need to take care of the Homeless encroaching @ the entrance. Trash & Litter every where,

Beyond thankful to God for the opportunity to live here. There could be some improvements. We have visitor parking but it usual fills up fast not by visitors but by the households who live here. It’s based on your income. Your rent is 30% of your income. The bridge makes it a little unpleasant sometimes as Trash piles up there a lot.

The apartments were nice I went to visit a friend but there is little to no parking for guests just for the people that live there
