Redwood Hotel and Casino

Honeymoon trip we are traveling down 101 seconds off 101 and so far this is the nicest friendliest hotel we've stayed at.dove products in the marbled shower the room smells soooo clean.and the casino was fun.the complimentary breakfast is awesome bacon it's clean and spacious thank you to the crew here we enjoyed our stay

Restaurant service and food was terrible. Sign said open till 9: 30, was told they were closing at 7. Locked the doors with us inside at 6: 30. Definitely felt like our presence was an inconvenience.

The food was ok, but they are severely understaffed, and the place is out of cell signal.the only reason to go there is that the other places in the area that serve food closed down.

It's good but I've heard complaints about the casino closing early from travelers, because when they close at 11: 00pm is when they want to start gambling. Because that's when they have time to spend their money'after dinner, kids to bed etc.

Love how friendly these folks are! I didn't walk away with millions, but I had a great time!

Amenities and staff very nice. Had a water issue while we were there no fault of their own. That's why only 4 stars. Restaurants and bar closed by 8 pm. Also, no fault of their own. COVID restrictions affecting much of this.

Do not stop here, contaminated water, no amenitie, casino is just a few slot machines. More like lottery, triple the price, of nice places near by.

They were out of the three things I wanted in the menu, so I ended up getting a club sandwich. A single piece of ham and turkey on there for $14 The guy behind the bar could only pour beer so I couldn't even get a hard drink.

Tiny but finally open. Don't remember how well it paid. I'm guessing not great. SMH. Lol

Casino was closed, restaurant is a loosely used term, the hotel was OK, except they're was food left in the fridge. The biggest thing I found is call for pricing and reservations don't go online, if you got the website button it will take you to a 3rd party booking company that will chaff you almost 50% more.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Great central location for traveling in the Redwood Forest. We ate at the restaurant in the casino and it was pretty decent.

Gave it 4 as pool and exercise room not open or there complete complimentary breakfast. Had to get food from check in counter. But other than that things were hood!

The only good thing about this hotel was the cleanliness. We didn't have conditioner, hand soap or enough cup/k cups for two people. There is no food in the area open passed 6: 30 (family of 4 traveling). The door jammed and the pool was closed with nothing posted about it. Luckily the lady at the front gave us a discount- I still won't stay here ago.

So as you can see (bottom left) I noticed this pet friendly icon and figured I'd call to make a reservation since the website doesn't seem to make that an option. Reservations tells me they are NOT pet friendly. Well. Glad i didn't show up there after a long drive to find out their own listing is wrong
