4These were the rudest people we have met so far. Their air conditioning was broke when we were on their tour. The administrator “leidi”? Was completely unprofessional. Very disappointed but then that’s what you’ll find in Escondido
Redwood Terrace is our second Assisted Living facility and it will be our last. We are HOME for good and with the various levels of care (IL, AL, MC & SN) we can grow with this facility and not have to move locations. We love the food, activities and people. Also, with the alacarte services, it's much more affordable, which matters!
The staff is caring and friendly. The residents seem happy and you can sense a true feeling of community. My mom also appreciates the lovely and well maintained grounds.
I recently went to visit my grandfather to have dinner and the service was horrible. It was very apparent that the servers were understaff or very busy. The waitress we had was very apologetic and nice about taking our orders, but the lady in charge I believe, was just standing around not helping at all! I couldn’t believe it, one would think they would help their staff! The night went smoothly thanks to our amazing waitress, I can’t remember her name but I think it was Ruby? Redwood do better!
