I have gone here several times before and the service was OK. But today they didn’t vacuum the carpet by the hatch or the front passenger seat. There was also grit on the back seat. $40 for a very poor job.

These guy's are great, searched all of lake county and part of Mendocino County and not one tire shop was either open and if they were didn't want to take the time to be a real tire shop, i stop in to Redwood just to ask if they could help and they immediately took me in, treated me like Gold, their very professional and my tire shop from now on, Thankyou

Go to spot for a good wash inside and out. I go every few weeks and get the $40 package and I'm always satisfied with the outcome.

I went home and realized they took out matts rinse them off did not dry them put all Matt’s back in wet! The back third seat put that Matt backwards and did not vacuum the rug!
Front right Matt had mess in the lower right corner that they didn’t clean! They didn’t vacuum the rug in back seat. Didn’t clean the back seats nor the third back seats!
I’m glad I didn’t pay the $48 wash! But still pricey I should have known because they were quick! I had heard they do terrible work but I gave them a chance! My last time I go there ago!

My first time here as recommended by my husband. Came for an oil change and a filter cleaning. The man I met with was very professional, very courteous and very friendly. Made me feel welcome and like I could trust his judgment and expertise.

My only issue was the female receptionist (can’t remember her name). Tried to tell me my engine air filter wasn’t a K & M, which it was. She “recommended” one to me, and tried to charge me $35 for it. Luckily I called my husband and he said no go (I’m not good with cars, so it’s a good thing he stepped in). Went to Auto Zone afterwards, and bought one for $20 and had my husband install it at home.

Moral of the story: The technicians are great, just be careful when they try to upsell you on things they THINK you need.

These guys were absolutely great! I was on a road trip and could feel that "something was off". I called to see if they could check and balance my tires while I was at breakfast. They were able to get me in and out fast and even rotated the tires for me! Thanks guys!

Went to this location for oil changes. No problem. They happen to have a good deal on a car for sale on one of my trips there that I immediately wanted to purchase. The employee Greg told me I could not purchase the car because the owner had no insurance on it? I was confused because that reason made no sense. So I told Greg I will purchase my own insurance immediately after I buy the car. He told me it would take a month? Then said a week before I can buy the car? I ask him to call the seller of the car so I can purchase the car at that moment. He pretended as if he did with no answer from the owner. Then Greg responded, well there was a small noise in the back he wanted to check out before I purchase the car give him a couple of days he would have his guys drive it around to see what the issue could be. I trusted Greg would just check out what he claimed. I came back 2 days later like he suggested and Greg said he sold the car to someone else. I was sickened by Greg's wicked audacity. That was not ok. For whatever reason. Who does that? Greg lied and was dishonest with an ulterior motive.

Redwood Tree Service is so nice they come get my car do the repairs then clean inside and out then bring it back to me. Thank you!

Cost way too much and for what I paid the job was not satisfactory by the time i walked the car off the employee was gone so fast before I could say anything

Came to this place, have came for many years. Today I got my truck washed, I noticed a lot of soap in the bed of the truck as it was being dried. The young man told me it was ready and to proceed to the exit. As I was heading out I noticed the puddle of soap wasn’t cleared. I talked to the man in the front and asked if they could rinse the back and he had me pull back in just to rinse. Passed through the wash and stopped to get the truck dried sun it is all wet again. They waved me off to go and did not dry again, I had to leave with a wet truck that I had to stop and get washed again at the car wash since the water and soap had dried out. Never coming again! For someone that washes trucks daily, they should do a better job washing and drying!

So I am new to the area we just moved out here but I can’t recall the front desk woman who helped me she sounded quite pleasant over the phone I was looking for an immediate oil change so it was first come first serve they changed my oil promptly as I arrived there also great pricing then ended up going back again for new tires & rotation that came w tire insurance for only a buck so one of the guys that was working on my vehicle informed me that they needed to order an extra part the lug for the tire so they can securely remove & switch the tire out he was already super busy & pretty booked but he ended up went out of his way to get that done for me bless his heart not to mention they had such a nice & cozy waiting area where my daughters got too comfy even removed their shoes to lay on the couch lol thank you so much for all you guys do such amazing customer service & fast friendly service
