If you've never done an escape room before you definitely have to try this (babysitter room) Our host was so awesome and even had some jokes for us! Our host was literally THE BEST! Thank you for making this one of a kind, we will be back for the pirate room lol

Place was clean, host was awesome, the room was so fun. For us not knowing what we were getting ourselves into, I'm glad we chose this place!

NOTE: minimum charge is for 3 people, even if there is only two of you, you get charged for 3. So take advantage of that and bring your friends for a fun challenge.

Such a great experience! Definitely the hardest escape room we’ve all done. AND The owner was the sweetest! Definitely recommend

Loved the venue and the experience.
We’ve gone to two rooms, one with all adults new to the game and the other with children.

Both were entertaining and accessible.

The tasks were very clever.

We loved the design of each room and have another visit booked for our holiday visitors!

Lots of fun. Celebrated my daughter's 9th birthday here. We completed the gingerbread room, and it was so much fun. Excellent staff, very helpful. Can't wait to go back and try a different room.

This was such a great experience! Our host was really wonderful and entertaining. The escape room was so much fun. We had 4 adults and 2 children, ages 8 and 13. Everyone had a great time. It was challenging enough to keep the adults engaged and at the same time not too overwhelming or boring for the kids. Even sitting in the front room waiting for our friends to arrive was fun. They had little puzzles to get us going. I highly recommend this place!

Our group of 4 had a thrilling time in The Pirate's Treasure room. We were down to the wire with 20 seconds to spare! You can tell the staff enjoy their work. They filled out visit with fun from the moment we walked in.
Thanks Reed Between the Lines! We'll be back:)

Great experience doing the Pirate's Treasure escape room at Reed Between the Lines. My team at work wanted to do a fun bonding event, and even though they're normally closed on Tuesdays they were able to open for us and accommodate my team. The room was challenging but not impossible, and the range of puzzles was perfect for a group our size (8). Staff was very friendly, and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun escape room in the Sonoma area.

We chose a good level for, mostly, beginners. (The Babysitter). Good theme, good clues, challenging but not too challenging. Lots of fun. Can’t wait to try the next level! Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. Me and my family did the Babysitter room (medium difficulty) and we had a blast. We had a mixed age group (4 adults, 1 teen, and one 10 year old) and there were plenty of opportunities for each member to have those “aha” moments so age wasn’t a problem. Also beginner friendly as all of us but one haven’t done any rooms before but was able to complete it within the time limit. The room was clean, plenty of engaging and appropriately themed clues/decor, and the staff there was wonderfully friendly. Highly recommend!

This was such a fun experience! We did the babysitters room and it flowed super nicely. Also, the staff was so kind and fun to talk to. They have super fun games in the lobby too! 10/10 experience and we will be visiting again next time we are in town.

We did the gingerbread house for my daughter's 10th birthday with two of her friends. The hosts were really great with extra clues for the girls and made sure everyone had a really great time. It turns out I'm not very good at these, but we still had a blast. We will totally be back to try again. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time here! We've played the Pirates' Treasure and the Gingerbread Cottage. The rooms were a blast, with some puzzles very different than any we'd ever seen before. Laura was our game master and did a perfect job asking us if we wanted hints and giving them at opportune moments. Overall we had a blast and would definitely recommend it!

Had a great time doing the Babysitter room today with my family. We have done a number of escape rooms over the years and this one was done very very well. Hard enough to make us really need to think things out, but still solvable. Laura, the owner, is very nice and passionate about her business. Before we left she showed us the Pirate room. It looks amazing and makes us really want to go back and try it.

I played my very first escape room at Reed Between the Lines, four years ago, and since then I’ve played about 30 while on my various travels. Last night, I returned to where it all started to play the last currently available room at this location, Gingerbread Cottage. We took our friend and her children, so our group had a nice mix of experience and youth. Everyone was fully engaged and had a great time, and there are so many puzzles in this room that it’s up to the players how to proceed. You could all work together on one thing at a time, or each person tackle something individually, or splinter into smaller groups. There is a real sense of satisfaction in barrelling through the earlier puzzles, which are accessible enough that our ten year old figured several things out for himself, but without being so easy that you feel like you’re being spoon-fed. Best of all, this is not so much of an “escape room”, as there is no ticking time bomb or no crazed killer out to get you. It’s completely family friendly, and not at all scary.

Laura the owner is a lovely lady who had previously been our game master for our Desert Island adventure at the same location, and she genuinely takes a special interest in making sure you and your group have a great time. Definitely bring your family to this one, even if nobody has done an escape room before.

This was fantastic! I called to book an escape room for my small school and they event agreed to open up early for us and gave us a school discount. We had a great time doing this, wonderful team building exercise! Highly recommend.

Disappointed. My husband and I have done over a dozen escape rooms all over the US and Canada and have almost never not solved a room, but the pirate room literally seemed to make no sense. The puzzles were different than any we had seen in other escape rooms in the sense that the puzzles didn’t seem connected at all. It was also disappointing that the decor had no part in the game. Our host told us when we began that only one certain part had clues and puzzles. Half the fun of escape rooms is searching and figuring out what’s a clue and what is not. It was not exciting at all like most we’ve been to. Just a gazillion locks and random clues that don’t seem to give enough info to solve. We left not even close to finishing and feeling like most of the puzzles didn’t make sense. The only redeeming quality for me was sand on the floor which was cool.but also a missed opportunity at an interesting puzzle.
