Great place for all your firearms needs. Range, gun shop, training classes. Staff are all friendly and informative! Just wish they were closer to where I live.

The indoor rang is a little old, so you have to eyeball how far your target is. They have a lot of interesting and cool products in their inventory. Some staff are nice, and some are a little rude. One time, I felt like I was being pressured to buy something that I was a big fan of, but I didn't have money for it. Another time, I met a very nice person who was very kind and knowledgeable about what he was selling. They sell a lot of different products that I have a hard time trying to find in a lot of different stores. But I recommend you bring a rang finder if you want to know how many yards your target is, but if you're there to have fun, you don't need to do that.

It was our first time at this place and we all liked it.
The store itself is pretty good - lots to choose from, and the range is very convenient and well equipped.

Sunday is one of the busy days, but the wait time was not terrible.

The staff is helpful and seems knowledgeable:)

This is the worst place I have ever visited. The long hair guy is rude and ignorant. I told him that I not touched guns for a 2 years then he yelled get out. We did not argue and got out immediately as it felt like he was ready to attack us. I repect their policies but it does not mean he can be rude and. Avoid this place please. You pay to play, not to be bullied. If the guy lost his balls that day, please contact me to get prayer.

Pretentious and rude gunsmith wannabes are running this store. Selling overpriced equipments and the store is very unorganized.

Went there this past weekend and had an awesome time, great staff and range with fair priced rentals. Range supervisor kid should take a stop at lens crafters if he's gonna tell people shooting a foot underneath the hangers to stop shooting near them. Was a blast literally tho!

Staff can seem rude and skeptical until they've seen you there a few times. It doesn't matter what you say your gun proficiency is, it's their job to be strict with everyone because they'd rather lose a customer than have people lose their lives. There's always a person watching the lanes and they won't hesitate to step in to offer help or give a warning. Just be polite and patient and they will be too!

Rude service from an Asian guy wearing sunglasses. Unwelcome atmosphere, especially for beginners. High markup for firearms.

Was assisted by a rude (asian and round) employee who demanded us to demonstrate loading and unloading a gun in front of him after hearing that we have prior experience in firing guns but do not own any (my family and I all served years in the military but with different guns). He passed us a rifle, magazine, and a dummy round and we started to load it while the employee stood there with an elitist stance staring at us. We loaded it as how one would normally load, following safety procedures, but were unsure if we are on the right track as his demands were very vague, and he didn’t bother to clarify. In the end, he just rejected us without explaining why, and told us that if we wanted to shoot at the range, we would have to pay for their gun handling course. Seeing the other reviews, it does seem that they are only inviting to their own people (regulars who buy their guns) and not to new visitors.

Went to this place with my family to do some out of country shooting practice. We were met with an employee (asian and above average weight) with a not too friendly attitude. He asked if any of us had experience shooting or handling a firearm. Keep in mind my father, brother and I are military trained. He then gave us a rifle and just asked us to demonstrate loading the weapon without any clear instruction. My dad (weapon specialist dealing with P22, M16, AR15 and more) began loading the rifle normally. When my father was done loading, the employee just stared at him without any further instruction or validation before condescendingly saying “I need to see you unload it too right? ” In the end, without even a reason, he told us he would not let us rent their weapons and would have to purchase one of their over priced classes on weapon handling. This guy that had a bad attitude should attend a customer service class.

The only all in one shooting range, that I know of, in this area. Take a test* buy a firearm and shoot the fire arm all in the same place. *not sure if testing is mandatory* but this place screams bald eagles

Nice range. Good prices for ammo and lane rental. Never had to wait for a spot to open up.

Like everyone else said, some staff are terrible, some are nice. Very inconsistent service. I guess it highly depends on their mood.
In general, it’s a bad place you don’t want to experience.

They MAKE you buy their target. I saw almost everyone brought their own targets but was forced to buy one from them because it's no big enough. Even though the size were basically the same. If you bring a friend who doesn't shoot, he cannot enter the shooting area but was asked to stand from the outside.

They charge per line per person, so it looks silly to share a line with friends, unless they do not own a gun.

Apart from that strange rule, it is a decent place to practise shooting.

Nice indoor range. Staff is friendly and very professional. Decent selection of product despite the stupid CA roster.

I took their basic pistol class. The instructor was so knowledgeable and welcoming to answer my questions. They also administer the FSC test. Definitely suggest it to my friends!

I was shocked to find no range master or personnel monitoring the pistol range and the customers using it. I saw inexperienced shooters very dangerously waving handguns all around, pointing them at other shooters in other stalls and behaving extremely dangerously again, with no monitoring or overseeing personnel on the range. I felt extremely unsafe. I'll not go back here except maybe on very slow weekdays, when Metcaf is closed. Shoot here at your own risk. Keep your eyes open and watch those around you. From what I saw, this place is very dangerous.
