10The people we did talk to were friendly and professional, but should it take 2+ hours for a standard eye exam? We sat in 3 waiting rooms, 3 exam rooms over a period of 2+ hours. My grandmother is 86. Not acceptable. Poor planning or scheduling or something. Yikes.
Dr. Woods is unprofessional, judgemental and severely lacking compassion.
I'm chronically sick with multiple illnesses and he immediately dismissed my concerns by stating I'm "too young" for a potential disease and when I corrected him, that's when he shut down entirely.
The remaining portion of my visit was throughly unpleasant. He is rude, plain and simple.
Dr. Woods and Dr. Reeve are the best. Highly recommend Reeve-Woods Eye Center for your eye-care needs!
I picked up my glasses, and my prescription was wrong.they then told me to continue to wear the glasses for 5 days even though I can't see, and they are causing me headaches. They then told me they would charge me to recheck the prescription. This is the second time the prescription is wrong! The first time the bifocal was in my line of sight also. I'm giving one star for reading prescription, it was perfect!
I think my Dr is great. He is very professional and has always helps me with my needs. All the staff are always friendly and professional. I have no complaints

We absolutely couldn't recommend Dr Woods more highly. He almost immediately diagnosed my problem and then he and his assistant Phyllis went above and beyond to get me to a specialist that could help me figure out what needed to be done next. They were both just amazing.
Front Desk Staff are polite and helpful.
I had a long wait, 40 minutes, but I was a walk-in.
When I’ve had an appointment I never waited more than 10 minutes.
Office is clean, neat and comfortable.
This office is so nice. All personnel are smiling and helpful. I would highly recommend them!
