Sandy is a true artist at her craft. I had initially gone someplace else which I have gone to previously for an eyebrow wax. I had a negative experience and my eyebrows were just about butchered. I had a very important event to attend in just a couple of days and needed help getting my eyebrows to look presentable. I came across Refined Beauty Waxing, and thankfully Sandy was able to see me the very next day. She recommended eyebrow tinting which I was initially nervous about because I don't wear makeup, however; I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. The results were absolutely flawless! Sandy's professionalism, the way she listened to my concerns and requests, her thoroughness, and overall personality is why I will continue coming back.
