They have 0% tolerance and bad attitude for truck drivers. Person in shipping office have no manners. He starting fighting for no reason.

Truck driver: enter from north west entrance. Park beside wall, check-in at office located gate. Check seal, loadn&unload in 1 hr. I am late appt 1 hr. Still quickly

This place is taking for ever my appointment was for 1 pm I get here by 12: 30 and is 2: 30 pm and they haven't loaded me yet they are a lazy people here

Andy needs a vacation, a long vacation. Owner should consider giving him a well deserved company place away from truck drivers where life is nice and calm watching tv and eating pop corn.

Very rude people in the shipping/receiving office, my appointment was for 6am, I was at the driver check-in window at 5: 40 am. No one was there, so I rung the buzzer for help. No one came. Then at 5: 59 am, a black guy came in and started yelling at me for ringing the buzzer, he said he was watching me ring the buzzer from his car. And that he starts at 6AM, and that I shouldn't be there before that as my appointment is for 6am. Seen some really disgruntled employees here, maybe employer creates a sad/tense workplace environment, reflects in their employees. Also, drivers check-in office is on the north side of the building, so when you are given south side docks, you'll have go out on the street and make a u-turn at the light, as you cant turn left. Idk why they can't have the shipping/receiving office on the south side to make things safer for truckers.

This place is good, loading time took approximately one hour, the only hassle I had was driving to the warehouse and confused where to go. For me, I had to enter through the second drive way to get in, it’s right before Mills ave to check in. From there they tell you where to go. Do not block drive way. I believe they take early appointments but don’t quote me on it.

Great first experience. Easy to access facility. Address says Waterman however the entrance is on Mill. Private gate security. Easy docks for backing maneuvers. Good space to turn a big rig around.
