Great theater but short staffed, which can cause delays with any trip to the concession stand, including check-ins. It shouldn't take 10 mins to get a refill.

Some of the screens need replacing, as they have shiny areas which are clearly visible during bright scenes in the film, but on the whole, it's a well maintained theater. Would be nice if the stadium seats reclined a little more, especially as you get closer to the front of the theater. Beware, they say it's an IMAX theater, but the screen is not the IMAX size you're expecting. I'm sure it complies with the bare minimum IMAX specifications, but the screen is barely bigger than a regular screen, so nowhere near as immersive as a true IMAX experience.

Great place to watch movies. Easy parking. Wide range of latest movies. Comfortable seats. Food selection is limited but staffs are very friendly here.

Theater was very clean. Tickets are now being sold at concessions end it was quick and easy to purchase them and make our way to the theater. The volume was just right and the air temperature was very comfortable. The theater has been a favorite of mine for many years and I will continue to make it my first choice. Highly recommend

They don’t have reclining seats so it is not really worth the price in my opinion. The regal in mission viejo is cheaper and has reclining seats so I recommend going there. Prices aren’t great either my beer was $10: (

My wife and I were there yesterday and we had the best customer service. Our cashier was very friendly and polite and helpful. The theater was very clean and the popcorn was very good a little pricey but I guess that's what happens when you are shutdown for too long.

Pepsi? 1 star taken away for Pepsi. Should be more but I'm feeling generous. On that note, terrible selection of soft drinks.

Love this place, lots of movies. IMAX, its clean, employees are efficient and personable. Never had a bad experience and even when its crowded there's lots of parking plus a parking structure.

I rarely go to the movies. I saw a groupon for $10 off of my movie tickets. I purchased the tickets but was unable to use them. I wish I remembered the manager name, that helped us. He was professional and kind. Being the tickets were from a third party I understood there was nothing he could do to solve my problem. He kindly offered a discount anyways. Thank you for helping us have a great evening.

Nobody answers the phone. There is no way to reach the theater in person to ask a question. They only allow us to communicate thru app

Especially with the new you can put on your phone, is not only easy but you can select your seat and be assured that you have the seat that you want to see the movie that you want. Of course with the rising cost to make a movie in Hollywood not every single movie is going to be at 10, but if you can get into a movie theater that is a 10 it makes everything that much more enjoyable from the locations of the restrooms. All the way to the staff that is willing to work with you, I have modified abilities set when someone just points that direction as opposed to one of the great employees at Regal Edwards Aliso Viejo it's a pleasant surprise to see someone go out of their way to take a couple more steps and and instruct you on the direction that you should be going. Now if we could just figure out why I never get Regal credits on my phone number because it never matches up but that is a different subject let's stay on the positive this place is a 10 out of 10

The seats are higher than others, but no recliners. The theater is asking a premium but delivering sub-par. Seats are crammed together, staff at concession stand somewhat uninformed. (Kid didn't know half and half butterer popcorn, when I explained it he still got it wrong) No salt at the butter station. Refill on popcorn after the movie and the staff didn't know that large soda can be refilled. 55 for tickets for 4 including the convenience fee! Concessions were another 55! Where's the service and quality product for the money?

Love going there but it is a bit far from our home. Great theater, bathrooms, parking and the drive is easy.

Great place to watch a movie. Seats comfortable. Lots of places to eat near by. Plenty of parking.

Theatre was freezing cold and made it hard to enjoy the movie. I guess it was because only few people in audience. Shame was great movie

Went to see Honey Boy and received burnt popcorn. Attendant changed it out but it was still bad. I didn't eat it and returned full bag to manager at end of movie and requested a credit back to my Regal Account. Manager Jordan Robart was anything but helpful. First he told me he couldn't do anything. Then he requested a receipt which I told him I was provided since I redeemed credits. He said without a receipt he couldn't do anything even though he had full bag of popcorn and my regal account which showed it was redeemed. I explained his staff didn't provide me a receipt and I was being penalized. Terrible service for a small bag of popcorn. Someone please provide him some resolution training. He gave me the corporate number to resolve my issue. Again, as a manager I would have expected more from him. I even offered him options but he wasn't having it.
