On September 5 2021, I went to the theater to see the latest Marvel movie. 1- I was given tickets to the wrong theater by the staff member. 2- the bathrooms were so filthy, 20 plus toilets with no toilet paper to be found or seat covers. “This is a health hazard” The place was packed, the few employees at the theater, under 22 and not business etiquette. Why would u open a theater during a pandemic and not be prepared for the mass in regards to cleanlinness? How can A person feel safe in such environment? Wh
The place should be close and reported to the CDC as a public health risk to our community.

A good place to see a movie. As I walk down the glowing hall to get into the theater I see giant letters spelling "IMAX". They tell me this is special.

I wonder if I will still be able to make happy memories about films I see if I take away the lights and the fan fair.
I don't think sitting at home alone on my couch, streaming movies that I pause when my cell rings, will ever be as good as this.

At the same time, I'm not sure I even really like hour+ long story expiriences that have a beginning middle and end. I know I really enjoy 10 minute essay stile YouTube videos that teach me things.

It's a brave new world.

Wonderful theater, always very clean, the computer to get your tickets when it works is very easy and user friendly, and the new remodel was great.

Brand new interiors, the seats are still off gasing. I don't like how they gotten rid of the self- help jalapeños, but if you ask they'll give you some.

Clean but the chairs are extremely uncomfortable, and for the first 10 mins there was no sound, ads played silently until someone had to get up and go let them know!

WOW.it's time to return to the MOVIES.you MUST go and experience the 'bigger than life' with entirely new and awesome SEATING (unless of course you have a million dollar screening room in your home)

Love this location and the theater is very clean I am a visitor from Hawaii and I love coming here with my boyfriend. The environment is great as well although not much movie selections yet.

Much better than it used be! The new remodel made the theater so much more open and more inviting. They have good customer service here too. It's a good theater with plenty of movies to watch.

New theater is amazing. 4DX, IMAX, VIP, every type of experience you could want. Great food options including Boba now. This is our go to place to see movies. Great chairs also.

They did a great job on the remodel. Interior looks modern and the seats are finally up to today's standards. If you want to be able to recline or have wider seats, you will still need to go to the Big Newport or the Lot.

Cleaning needs better attention to detail. Pretty disgusting considering there's a pandemic around. See photo to see what's in the cupholders.

Revisit 2: real terrible job of cleaning up after each movie. Leftover cup visible on the seat table. They obviously did no cleaning. The seats are also ripping already after reopening and very little traffic.

Saw Shang Chi with the vip reclining seats was great experience. Haven't been to this Regal in years and it seems like it's been remodeled.

The theatre is very different than when I last came many years ago. Ticketing is done mostly by kiosk. Food is done differently, although I didn't buy anything this most recent time, it seems they're operating the small food stations. The theatre was smaller than before with bigger seats. When choosing your seats online, make sure you understand where the screen is in relation to the seats, I made a mistake and accidentally bought the seats right next to the screen instead of in the back like I thought. If you make a mistake, you can get it fixed at the ticketing kiosk, but it's a pain because the better seats will probably fill up.

First time back at the theater in 2 years and I gotta say, Regal's COVID facelift is crazy. Feels a bit like I'm headed to Space Mountain. No more tickets at the window, just walk in and use a kiosk or have your pre-purchased tickets scanned by an employee. There's now a coffee bar and what appears to be a juice bar inside as well, so you've got options beyond concession stand drinks if that's what you're seeking. There was even a bar at the end of the hallway in the theater 1-13 wing. Screens everywhere is very futuristic but also somewhat of a sensory overload. I miss the silly Old Hollywood murals but the new look is pretty amazing.

Excellent movie experience, this was my first visit to this location and really love the entire visit.
The 4Dx experience just magnificent, it puts you really inside the action, the sensations, the smells, the lights, all combined makes you feel you were there when they filmed the movie, fantastic really, something not to be missed!

Overpriced concession stand without horrible slow service. Everything else is pretty sweet but. I waited 10 minutes in line for someone to start helping me out. Finally a manger (shorter lady in her 20s) come over and said someone will be right with you. By this time my movie was about to start

Wonderful remodel. Seats very comfy. Much smoother admissions process. Especially if you buy tickets ahead of time!
