One thing i would add is a elevator that goes from the parking lot to the theater. Im not about that walk when its freezing outside bruh!

The movie theater has a nice lobby area but the theaters are not up to standard they don't have recliner seats as the old fashioned normal seats that rock backwards. So if you're viewing a movie that the theater is sold out in you can't watch the movie comfortably. Also parking is underneath the movie theater and the mall. The theater does validate parking so there's plenty of parking.

Regal’s takeover of Arclight made the experience Quality go downhill. Taking out the luxurious leather reclining seats just to stick more cloth covered seats (cloth=germs, lice and yuk) was a bad makeover decision. There are cheaper theaters they have leather recliner seats.

Friendly staff and clean theaters. Only 4 stars because the seating is very dated and a little uncomfortable for longer movies.

The TWO times I've been here they've had problems with the projectors. During the climactic part of a film the screen had a complete red colorizing over it. The staff response was "oh yea it gets like that. " WHAT? ! Another time it just froze and completely shut off. Not planning on going back.

The film Top Gun appeared to be not properly adjusted to fit the screen (large black areas on top and bottom) so the heads of the actors were cut off much of the time. When I complained I was told unfortunately they had no camera technician available to fix the problem

Clean safe and secure, best time to visit is during the week. Plenty of places to go eat and enjoy the numerous stores to choose from. We enjoyed PF Chang's on a regular basis.

Coming from Southeastern Wisconsin where we have the Ultrascreen DLX and Silverspot cinema I am on a quest to find the biggest and best screens in this area. I liked the layout of this theater4 and the location in the Galleria, but the actual screening was nothing too special. The seats were very comfortable, but the screen itself was, ya know, eh. Good theater experience though on the whole, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return to this theater for a knock your socks off viewing.

Beautiful theater. Lots of lounge seating in the large lobby. Clean and beautiful snack bar. Excellent service too.

Great theater in a sad, depressing husk of an old (and formerly famous) mall. You don't come here for the shopping, but they also have an excellent Paul Mitchell school and Cheesecake Factory.

One of the best theatres around, look for the big screen if you want to enjoy a good movie. Avoid small screens if you can.

Parking is free if you bring your ticket and validate it at the regal only good for 4hrs which is enough for a 2hr movie. Room 1 and 2 are probably the biggest ones so if you get those for a movie the sound is perfect and the screen is gigantic almost like Imax.
The basics popcorn drinks nachos and they also have a bar across the lobby so keep an eye as you walk in its on the left. The place looks great and the giant screen wall is pretty awesome, the bathrooms are always clean and there's elevators where they go to not sure but most likely the parking downstairs.
The staff is great & friendly here, they have more than 16 screens here so they will have something to watch especially movies that other regals can't show because of their limited screens. So if you want more variety in films even indie titles this location carries them. You will definitely get more than your money's worth at regal especially if you have a regal unlimited you'll be here everyday watching a different movie.

If it wasn't for the old seats this place would be great its in a great environment great atmosphere but the seats make you think twice about going.

Nice theatre not crowded. Area between seat a little narrow. Makes hard to pass by other guest.
