4A dump. I had to stay a day than I had planned. So I decided to try the Regency, as it was closer to my family that I spent Christmas with. I should have stayed where I was (Townhouse). The only chairs were folding chairs. There was 1 towel in the room, plus a dirty wash rag that was hanging in the shower. The Townhouse was much nicer, and $10 cheaper. I do not recommend the Regency.
The owner of this place is not doing his job anymore and is actively trying to rip people off. This man that owns this place was telling the tenants that they did not pay for the deposit even after being here as well as other different locations he also owns for months and even people that weren’t in a program that paid for them. He threaten to kick them out on the spot if they didn’t pay first and last months rent and he was trying to get away with whatever he could which is heartless so I’m glad to know that people will be taking him to court and not letting him take advantage. The person who owns this place also owns places in Oregon and for a second. I had some really good management team that was going above and beyond handling everything properly and made the tenants super happy to have her as the property manager but send it say that she no longer is the manager and the owner as well as the new manager is just awful and doesn’t care about anybody so if you want to pay over $1000 a month for and please bed will definitely screw you over in the end go ahead.
Calm safe Great value good prices clean room love everything great choices of TV channels I have great service all the time my son and I will come to this place located in Chico CA
Overpriced plumbing was bad no hot water and roaches. Manager snoops in rooms when patrons are out very nosy Mexican lady, very ghetto hires homeless people to help with the housekeeping.
