Housekeeper stole my gold chain here. Checked out and realized a few hours later that I left it on the bed. I called back and they said they couldn’t find it… SURE. Thieves

The kids loved their room here. They have widescreen tv and lots of channels to choose from. The kids enjoyed much in the room watching and running than in their pool. My kids, especially Noah, were not into swimming maybe that's why they enjoyed watching cartoons instead. We love their fries and burgers, too!

This place was really clean. It smelled clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything you would expect in a nice hotel, mattress cover of course which you would be surprised not all hotels have them, this place did. We got the king bed room. The ceiling had beautiful painting on it! Nice suprise. The art was nice too. Staff friendly and helpful. Close proximity to Universal studios as well.

Excellent service. Planned 60 days in advance and they kept in touch entire time. More reliable than my airline. Also clean rooms, spacious, beautiful ceiling and I only say 4 stars is because of parking but that’s all of LA

The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. The air conditioner has a sump pump that empty constantly empty every 20 minutes all night long making it hard to sleep. There is no elevator, not good for old people. At $148 a night you would expect more.

We stayed here from Monday to Thursday and we got some good sleep room was clean and quiet. We recommend it

This place was just right for us. Parking was awesome and very safe looking. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk Sir was kind and very positive. Only downside was the remodeling noises at 6am and the smell in the room the cleaning products. I'm allergic to strong smells. But overall great. Would stay here again.

A wonderful experience! The artwork was phenomenal, and our rooms were very nice and roomy. The customer service was also above expectations. We ate and entertained in impressive adult beverages. You will not be disappointed! We will be staying here again in the future and recommend them to all of our friends.

The service at this hotel is really exceptional! The hotel is in a good location for catching an early flight, the beds are comfy, and the decor is stylish. I strongly recommend staying here!

The lady at the front desk is extremely polite! The ladies that work doing room service are really nice as well. Service is excellent, rooms are very clean, I would highly recommend it if you have children. I have never been somewhere were the service was this good except classy hotels in Mexico and Hawaii!

You know, pumpkin patch for Halloween, right on the corner. In the lot outside, perfect pumpkins.
