Been living here since 2009 and it's by far the best place I've lived at, very peaceful and beautiful place. The neighbors are very respectful and friendly. Area is very clean. Management and maintenance team are so kind and friendly too! Laundry room is wonderful, washing machines are very good. If anything in the apartment isn't working, maintenance comes repair the issue fairly quick. I'd highly recommend living here!

Very nice aparments.good living vibes almost makes you feel like you are at a Resort. We been happily living here for 10 years.

I have recently moved here from Texas. My 1st week in and I simply don't understand why this place doesn't have 5 stars! Starting with management, Alicia is such a breath of fresh air. Very pleasant professional, she makes you feel welcomed and at home. Willing to go that extra mile and over all is a wonderful person. Perlita is very sweet and always welcomes you with a smile. It is peaceful, very clean and I feel very grateful to be starting a new journey here. Thank you all for making me and my fiancé feel right at home.

I've lived at Regency Plaza apartments for 24 years now and it's time I put the word out on how I feel about this place. The management could not be better. The people are very nice, responsive, and helpful. Alicia is the property manager here and she is one of the nicest people I know! They are also very nice and always quick and willing to help. Anytime I ever have an issue, maintenance is there immediately to fix my problem. I feel like Regency plaza treats everyone like family, and as long as you are respectful and follow the rules, you will not have any issues living here. Would recommend.

Love living here. Always so clean and so beautiful outside. It so claiming and relaxing to be in the pool or hot tub.

I love you guys. I love living here It’s quiet and peaceful. They keep the grounds up very nice and it’s clean. You guys are awesome. You’re doing a great job. Happy new year.

The apartment is really nice. They definitely take care of their tenants. They offer coffee in the mornings but I wish they had more breakfast options like donuts offered maybe twice a week. There have been some issues with the laundry, and we didn’t hear anything back after reported to management so it would be nice if they could be more on top of that.
Asides from those, the apartment is really good to live in.

The service was wonderful and the employees were very helpful and went out of there way to get whatever information I needed they really made me feel very comfortable.

My name is Heriberto. I lived in these apartments twice. I would like to thank the entire staff, especially manager Alicia. I would recommend these apartments because they are always clean, there is no noise, they are very attentive to the tenants' needs. It is a nice place to live!

We have lived here over a year and love it! Alicia, Juan, and Pearl have always made us feel like a welcome part of the community. They decorate for holidays and have holiday themed events. This year we even had a holiday tree decorating contest. The apartment is clean and pest free. Maintenance is always done quickly upon request. There is a spacious picnic area and large pool with hot tub. The property is always clean and well maintained. We feel safe because there are cameras as well as security guards on top of the gated entrances. The staff is helpful and informative. They make it feel like home.

I lived at the Regency Plaza 8 years ago.i never had any issues, and I was very lucky to come back last year. The only negative thing is the parking.i wish i was able to rent an additional parking space. The apartments are super clean apartments. I love living here also. Management is amazing, Alicia pearl and Juan.

Juan at front office is a very diligent and trust worthy person that always handles problems with tact and efficiency if there ever should be.

I sometimes wish the laundry rooms were cheaper and had more washers/dryers because it gets crowded a lot. The noise from the gardeners is pretty loud through a large portion of Tuesdays and Thursdays which can be bothersome. I wish the pool cleaner would come more frequently like the gardeners because a lot of times the jacuzzi has a lot of leaves in it. Rent could be a little cheaper, but because of the location and rent control it's not TOO bad. The parking isn't the greatest because there is no guest parking and parking on the street is always usually full so you have to park 4 blocks down near the park and get picked up or walk to the apartments sometimes.

However, the office has some amazing events like Taco tuesdays for the month of November and you can buy some tacos in the complex from a caterer. They have raffles and competitions for balcony decorating which is awesome to look at. They have an annual easter egg hunt the tenants can find for gift cards and goodies. My family and I just won the free Thanksgiving dinner for 4 fully cooked meal so we are really excited about that. The apartment complex is incredibly neat and beautiful to look at though. People throw parties at the communal areas with jumpers, grills, and tents. Crazy fast internet because of the infrastructure we get AT&T Fiber which is 1gig internet for a decent price.

Overall, it's a nice place to live and the location is right next to Disney which is a huge perk. Come check it out and walk around if you're deciding on a place to live in Anaheim.

I’ve lived here all my life and i have never and i mean ever gotten the type of attitude and dirty looks from people just because Alicia (the manager) decides to open her mouth and let’s not forget about how she hates children even possibly her own. Before she was ever manager the apartment were genuinely very welcoming and amazing i wish i could give this place not even a star as she is not worth it all also then robbery’s with the cars that happen constantly how cars get towed even if in their right spot im so very tired of the treatment and favoritism in this place she will not like you unless your young with no children and or white. I can go on and on and on but oh well…

Dont come or even try to rent heremanager did all she can to basically know our life stories! LOL they dont allow you any guests or she will kick you out!
