Regency Theatres Granada Hills 9 reviews
26Always go to this theatre and it is usually pretty clean and about the average conditions of all the walk ins in the Valley area. I don't like the new seating policy at all however. Who came up with the brain storm of making people pick out the exact seat they want when buying the ticket? IDIOT! What happens when you get in there and the seat you picked is worn out and brick hard? You're stuck in it or go through the hassle of trying to change your pre picked seats. The a/c is rarely on this place and the snack bar prices are just plain robbery. I give it 4 stars because this is the Valley. Every business here gives us all ghetto rat treatment. I'm used to it. Read a review above, yeah buddy, you're never allowed in a movie with outside food or drink. NEVER! They rob you at that snack bar and if you don't like it stay in the Starbucks and watch a streaming version. That's movie theatre "walk in theatre" policy and always has been. I think it's time for the rebirth of drive ins here in Valley. Technology has improved and I like the double features and low prices at the snack bar.
It's a reasonable prices movie theater for 1st run movies as long as you are not looking for IMAX.
I like the new seats, they are very comfortable; but i dont like the fact we have to choose our seats when you buy the tickets.
Great comfortable seats. They are always playing the new movies. I like coming to this location.
Used to patronize this theater for their classic movies on Tuesdays.
Had a situation where customer service was not satisfying.
The theater has lots of customers that they really do not care if one customer no longer does business with them.
Over time they will treat so many customers wrong that it will eventually come back to damage their business. Hope that regional manager can see the situation and correct it in time.
They offer reasonable prices and first run movies. The matinee before 4 PM is the best deal in the area. Parking is plentiful in the lot. This is our go to theater.
Most of the older seats have been replaced with recliners. Yippy! Keep in mind that restrooms require you to go up and down the stairs so expect to miss 5 minutes if you leave during a movie.
