The only issue I have is that I was promised to be sent parts that needed replacement or were missing altogether, but never received them. Furthermore, the vehicle I purchased required extensive suspension work, something I was not aware of at the time of purchase.

Coming Home, Again.

I was born and raised in Wilmington, CA and as luck would have it, I inquired about a particular vehicle - their 2016 Toyota Prius.

At first, I thought it was a misprint. After conversing, Pablo gingerly stated that was the downpayment and offered financing.

After mulling it over, and getting counsel from close friends, I decided that Regency was the best course of action for me.

The moment I walked in, I did no feel rushed, haggled, swindled, or any of the other stereotypes that we’re running through my head already. The stereotypes were ever flowing because I already had two bad experiences and other dealerships.

I really didn’t want to bring in that spirit or aura to a new place. I tried my best and they were patient.

I wanted to wait for the type of car that I desired and in the condition suiting my style and work situation.

Everything was gone through, with my all questions answered, and nothing was left up in the air, or any ambiguous statements or any absolutes. Absolutes say what absolutely say... Impossible. “that can’t be done”, it’s always like that”

How refreshing it was to go into a place of business where they tend to your needs and are considerate of the time constraints.

Everybody talk to everybody like they were family members or best friends, and I even felt a part of the group for the time that I was there.

It takes a lot of energy and deliberateness in order to create an environment.

I applaud the individuals I met and say this:

“camaraderie has nothing on you! ”

Take a look at their inventory, I was in awe of the selection of standard and luxury available.

I am not a relative or friend. I am customer who had a wonderful experience.

My experience with Mark and his staff was a great one. They were very professional and made sure that I drove off in something nice. Owner (Mike) was able to get me a great deal on my vehicle. If you are looking for a car to finance or pay cash. I recommend this dealership. I guarantee that you will see a car you like

2 years ago I purchased a Lexus from this dealer with the help of staff member Richard. I would def recommend this place, there aren't any hidden fees, and it was straightforward. Richard was very friendly and honest as well. I drove 3 hours and told him that, but before I left to drive there he contacted me asking me if I looked at the carfax and did my research. He wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time driving all the way there which I appreciate the honesty and not trying to make a quick sale, 2 years later the car is still holding up amazing. Would def recommend buying a car from here! The car was also an amazing deal as it was almost fully loaded red leather and all with a clean silver color. The car was also detailed nicely.

This dealership needs to/ and will shutdown. The recession will be the end of them when they can not afford the interest rates anymore and have cars sitting there with issues. They will waste your time and screw you over after purchase lying to you. I was going to buy an old cheap M6 they had but they lost my sale. Terrible communication.

Mike is great. They are highly selective about the cars they add to their inventory so you will not run into mechanical problems with the car you buy. Also they just generally have more interesting cars then your average place. Location is super convenient as well. What more can I say? Mike is a great guy and sold me my dream car (BMW Z3 3.0L) I couldn’t be happier.

Mike is a good guy I liked his style didn't pressure me in it any way but than again I like truck he was selling me.

I bought the truck drove it home to find out that my keyless wouldn't work to lock or unlock the doors but according to Paul he said it work he went to fill up the tank at 3/4 of a tank, so how did this keyless remote lose it's connection to the Truck from there to my house, I call the next day and Richard said it shouldn't be problem to fix it but for me to call back the following day when Mike was there, so I did Mike started to tell when will I be around the area to get it reprogram, so Paul started to talk to me and plain out said No, I bought it as it (which I knew already) but he was not going to reprogram the key LoL THANKS FOR NOTHING Paul.

FINALLY met an honest straight up used car salesman. Ask for Jimy or his boss FMike. If you like to haggle and arm wrestle over the best price until someone CRIES UNCLE, this is NOT your dealership. They showed me there bottom line their investment and the price on Kelly Blue Book.the negotion was over. They were NOT trying to get rich off ONE customer. They haven't worked to become the largest BEST RATED DEALERSHIP by accident. My investment WAS SOUND. I have TRUST in the professionals at this dealership. WELL DONE GUYS WELL DONE!

I took a car and the 5 days it came out with many defects that I am investing almost 2,000 and they do not put all the down payment that some people put 1,000 less than what one gives them good that was my bad experience, I hope some buyer will serve in the future

Extremely shady dealer. Refused to let me drive a car until they had "run the numbers". How can we agree on a price if there's no proof the car even drives? Claimed to have both keys for the car but couldn't produce a second.

How buying used cars should be! Never once was pressured, and staff were very friendly and straight forward with the vehicle we were interested in. Even prepared all the paperwork needed prior to our arrival to pick up the vehicle so we only needed to spend a few minutes signing papers. I can tell this dealership really bends over backwards to take care of their customers. I would be happy to shop here again for my used car needs in the future! Thank you Regency USA for the awesome experience
