I injured my back in a car accident years ago and have suffered from painful spasms ever since. DJ has helped Me figure out what is triggering the pain and taught me how each muscle works together to lessen the stress on other muscles. I workout in the gym a lot and learning the correct form as well as other ways to achieve the same strengthening and toning goals has made a huge difference. Nothing compares to having a one on one physical therapist who is patient and non-judgmental. His personality is cool as hell…I’d recommend his services to anyone

I've been struggling with recurrent shoulder pain for nearly 10 years and have worked through several bouts of physical therapy with my doctors office to limited effect. I was to the point of thinking I would have to live with the pain forever and then I found DJ! So far we've done two sessions and in those two sessions I received better care and more personalized attention than in twelve sessions with my doctor's PT. The pain has already improved a great deal and through his exercises I already have better posture and increased strength. And bonus- I'm sleeping better at night because my shoulder isn't waking me up anymore! I finally have hope for my shoulder and it's all because of DJ!
