13 On November 28th I had trigger finger surgery. This office Regional Hand Center of Central California has the most amazing staff and surgeon. Dr Galli is amazing, sweet, compassionate very caring! Do not have enough words to describe his kind ness. SO if you have to wait 1 hour or 5 hours for surgery it’s worth it! Do not complain. I would rather have a Dr that takes his time than one that rushes.

Mary always makes sure I’m comfortable and I have all I need for surgery.
Shasta and H were very intertaining and lots of fun!
Erik- He’s awsome over all.
Ericka made sure all scheduling went perfect.
Jacqueline gave me water while waiting and was a sweet heart.
My recovery is going well. I can say I will miss them all when I’m all done and dismissed! Thank you for everything you have all done! I’ve had 2 surgeries and both went amazing!

I had such a good experience here at the hand center, everyone was very helpful & friendly. Dr Galli was so nice & explained everything so thoroughly. There was a long wait, but I was very comfortable watching Netflix.

My father and I had a great experience here. We had spent the entire day there waiting for the out of network insurance to authorize the urgent need for surgery. The staff treated us like valued guests, despite their busy schedules. The surgeon and his assistant explained everything so precisely and showed care and concern for my dad, making sure that the result would be what he wanted and was comfortable with. They tried everything in their power to make sure my dad’s thumb was fixed. They even stayed after hours to do it. The staff in the surgery area go above and beyond to show love and care, which let’s be honest, is not easy to find these days in the healthcare field. They not only took wonderful care of my dad, but knowing how stressful and hard our situation was, they treated me like a loved patient as well. They put me in a private dark room with warm blankets, chocolate, and a movie. I’m telling you, this place has the sweetest staff! Thank you Regional Hand Center for being so loving to my father and I.
Dr. Galli and entire staff are the best. They always accommodate my schedule and provide the best care.
This place has horrible service to patients. 2 hour wait with an appointment. Enough said. I saw people come in and leave after i had been there an hour and you get no explanation other than doctor running late. Front desk staff, would curse them out but unfortunately have to come back again. 2 hours 20 minutes still no doctor.
Regional Hand Center was amazing! When my finger was damaged they immediately scheduled me for surgery. The care I have received is wonderful. I highly recommend RHC for your injuries.
BEWARE: THEY KEEP ANY MONEY THAT YOU OVERPAY! I paid out of pocket for my estimated portion of my treatment. Then the insurance company sent in a payment, so I had a credit on my account of over EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS.
Very unprofessional and rude staff. First they told me the credit was only 200 dollars. When I tried to politely ask for my overpayment back, they refused to return it at first. They kept my overpayment for about three months without giving the money back - despite my numerous requests. I had to get very demanding, which I don’t like to do and which is very stressful. They finally said they would do me the “favor” of crediting my card back with the overpayment because they said I was being “rude” and “demanding. ” Well, yeah! It’s my money and they wouldn’t give it back! Being polite didn’t work.
To be clear, there was no contract or other written advisement signed by me that would allow them to keep my money. They said it was just their “internal policy” to wait until you are done with your appointments before crediting funds back.
They are not allowed to unilaterally create an “internal policy” to keep my money without my consent or knowledge. 1. I could have decided to use other funds to pay for my upcoming appointments. It should have been my choice. 2. I used my credit card, so that means I have been paying interest on the amount they held when they could have credited my card back and reduced the principal balance, which would have reduced my interest payments. By keeping my money, they cost me money and emotional distress.
Who knows how many other people they have done this to? !
Came in as an emergency been sitting here for close to an hour not seen yet and I will add more to it after my appointment.
Scheduling is a mess. Expect 1-2 hour delays.they're so common that they have a notice mounted on the wall.
Erica is amazing! She really helped us when there was a mix up at the pharmacy. The atmosphere there is so pleasant and they are always so helpful.
Sounds odd, but I’m happy to be here again! I was treated years ago for bilateral carpal tunnel, bilateral cubital tunnel, and tendonitis. New injury, new adventure! I couldn’t be in better or more capable hands (pun intended).
Did some tests, very patient and making appointments for further tests. I felt good afterwards
The Regional Hand Center of Central California. Dr. Galli made me feel comfortable about any questions I might have had pre op or during surgery. Just making you feel comfortable and at ease. The staff as well were comforting which I appreciated. Just a great atmosphere within a stressful time.
