Agree with other customers, they play every dirty trick in the book to get money from you:
- they add items to your cart without your action
- hide this trick in small text
- confuse you with green buttons
- and of course.they will never respond to any inquiries

Why do schools work with these scumbags is beyond me.

STAY AWAY. This company is truly horrible. I'd give them zero stars if I could. In fact, I feel like they owe me some stars.

I have been a customer of Regpack for several years. Their customer service is THE WORST. They can only be reached by email and their response time is at a minimum 24 hours if you include the word URGENT in your message title. It's longer if you don't. When I first joined you could actually call someone for help.

In the last year or so they have become obsessed with finding ways to charge their customers more. I finally reached my breaking point as the yearly fees kept getting higher so I let them know I was going to take my business elsewhere when my contract expired that month. Then they told me there was a 4 month notification of cancelation policy. What, 4 months? Who does that? Not only do you have to pay for 4 months, you don't get the service for those 4 months! I managed to convince them to cut it to 2 months and to let me keep the service active, but 3 days before the end of the agreed upon date I tried to access my account and they made me pay for a 3rd month before I could get into the app. Then when the next moth came around it said my account was closed even though I paid for that extra month. So here I am fighting with customer service to have access to an account I paid for so I can download all of my info. Every single interaction with customer service takes 24 hours. So I have been dealing with this for 5 days now.

As the buyer below says, Purchase protection is a scam. They make it really hard for the software user to turn it off so the customer gets stuck buying it.

Regpack makes you use BlueSnap as the credit card processor but you are not allowed to talk to them directly. If you have payment questions or issues you have to go through Regpack and they will contact BlueSnap. And of course, the response time is a minimum of 24 hours because customer service sucks.

I could go on and on about all of the things they have done wrong but I won't. If you value your sanity and $$$ just STAY AWAY.

Regpack has been a lifesaver! It helped make our registration easy and reduced the amount of time we spent chasing down payments for camp. Our parents can register their kids together and pay for everything online.

It's been easy to use and support team is great when we do have questions.

I started working with Regpack 4 months ago, for two non-profit events: a one-day piano competition and a 10-day music camp with parents, students, teachers, multiple classes on different tracks, meals, and housing. It has been the best decision of the year! Despite the effort required to learn a new system, Regpack has saved me hours while helping me do more. It is robust, flexible, and a good value. I definitely recommend it.

Your staff takes days not hours to respond to emails. There is no phone support and whenever we called we we're told to email. Your support staff refused to do a simple phone call so I could explain the issue. You incorrectly charged us several times but you did credit us.
