WARNING: Stay faaaar, far away from these scammers.

"Community Manager" Yolanda Famoso & sleazy saleswoman Jeannine Martyanik are nothing more than good-for-nothing scamsters. The whole Regus Company is a scam, as far as I'm concerned.

I made the mistake of being lured in to signing up for a basic mailbox service; no office rental or additional services. In fact, my mail wouldn't even go in an actual mailbox. The women at the front desk would merely hold onto it for me.

Later that day, I realized that I could obtain the same service for a fraction of the cost at a basic mailbox rental spot. So I returned, same day, in person to politely ask for a cancellation of the service & my money back.

This was exactly four (4) months ago, to the day. I'm STILL dealing with this b.s! Of course "Community Manager" Yolanda Famoso & sleazy saleswoman Jeannine Martyanik were MORE THAN HAPPY to take my money. When it came time to cancelling the service, like other reviewers have mentioned, now that's not their department. Enter the endless cycle of being sent to Regus corporate billing dept, back to the facility here at Liberty Station, back to corporate, back to the facility.getting the point?

At one point, I went and stood in front of these people - in person - and the endless circle proceeded.call billing.talk to Yolanda.call billing.talk to Yolanda.

I also started getting e-mails that "for my convenience" they were going to start adding additional "services" onto my package and billing me for them. "services" that I NEVER requested or even heard of!

I finally got confirmation that my service was cancelled, finally received a refund. Guess what happened a month later? That's right.they billed my card for another $70! What a pain in the butt. I had to cancel my debit card because of these scammers. I even warned them that I would be writing this very review. WITH THEIR NAMES INCLUDED. And they still want to insist that I have an outstanding balance, when I didn't use their services AT ALL.

Don't make the same horrible mistake I did. Do yourself a favor & stay MILES & MILES & MILES away from:

A) Any Regus facility
B) Yolanda Famoso
C) Jeannine Martyanik

It's NOT worth it. Rent a private mailbox at a legit mailbox rental place, and work from home or Starbucks until you can afford to rent a little office for yourself.
