Regus - Laguna Hills - Carlota Plaza

I have been a customer at this Regus office since 2011 and have only positive things to say about the location and the staff. I am a virtual office subscriber and utilize the meeting rooms periodically. I can always count on the reception desk to make my guests feel welcome and our needs tended to.

Oriana and the entire Regus team at Carlota Plaza have served my company with excellence for more than 15 years, both as an office location as well as a virtual office. The Regus team is very friendly, resourceful, and reliable. The office is also a great location right off the 5 Fwy in Laguna Hills. I highly recommend them!

I have been utilizing the Regus Laguna Hills office space for the last ten years. With the addition of Oriana a couple of years ago, Regus Laguna Hills has really stepped up its customer service. She is friendly, remembers clients by name, and brings an all around great attitude which makes it a very enjoyable rental experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Regus Laguna Hills to anyone in the market for flexible work space.

I've been a client of Regus for over 10 years at this location. They have been a good partner in providing a big office feel for my small business. Its nice to know that I have access to amenities that I may not use everyday but are available if the need arises (mail service, copying, meeting rooms, lunch room, etc). This is not something that is automatically included if you are just renting an office elsewhere.

I have rented an office space here from Regus since the fall of 2020. I have had a great experience as a tenant - large, clean common spaces - great kitchen - huge lobby/waiting area - nice conference rooms. Also, our Regus staff member goes above and beyond and is very kind & welcoming to all my clients.:)

This is the worst experience I have recieved, I have contact the help center many time and they do not help me. You guys did false charges on my card. I'm not happy and have recieved the worst customer service. I do not recommend.
