The staff here at the Regus center are very helpful and attentive. The space is kept very clean and professional. The design of the suites make for a very professional and productive work place.

We have appreciated the service and convenience of having 4040 Civic Center Drive serve as our company office. Regus staff has always been professional and the office facilities are new, clean and very nice. The conference room is large and comfortable with the necessary technology.

Love this Regus! I needed a space close to my kiddo’s preschool to reduce the time I spend in transit every day. After a quick search I booked a tour here. Kiu answered all my questions and signed me up for the unlimited monthly access. Maggie and Jabari work the front desk and are always super friendly and accommodating, ensuring I get the view/space I need and starting off my day with big smiles! There’s a little cafe downstairs if you’re not the meal prep type, but of course they also have microwaves, toasters etc if you are. Everything is nice and clean, and the members here are also a friendly group. I highly recommend for anyone who his hit their wfh ceiling. I also recently booked space on the road (dtla), which was a great option to have!

Great location, attractive office spaces and friendly staff. They also put a lot of effort into keeping things clean and tidy. Overall, a professional place for business and to have clients visit.

I have been renting two offices from Regus in San Rafael. The two front desk personnel are amazing, Jabari and Maggie. They both are always making sure that all clients are well taken care of. Jabari and Maggie have even become appliance repair technicians when the coffee machine breaks down to make sure everyone is happy and can function with their cup of joe. The manager Bill can be reached at all times and is exceedingly helpful.

SO happy with my stay at the Regus! I got the tiniest office in the place (no windows), but they let me outfit it with my own furniture and I love coming in to work every day! It's exactly what I needed to get some work space away from home; a plug-and-play spot where I can focus. It's bright, quiet, and cozy; and the super-friendly Regus staff are always there to help with deliveries, mail, visitors, etc. Highly recommend!
