Regus - San Diego - One Pacific Heights

This place is a total shakedown. They are pure ripoff. They are scam artists and absolutely the worst of the worst. DO NOT sign any contract with them. They are absolutely the biggest hoax and need to be shut down - I intend to turn them into the BBB and the government for fraud. It is HORRID dealing with them.

RUN THE OTHER WAY! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They'll auto-renew your lease without your prior knowledge or consent. They claim they notify you but they do not.much less do they have written or signed consent on file. They're rude, terrible to deal with, it's a SHADY SHADY SHADY WAY to run a business. I've been fighting this for months, can't get out of this insanity and ridiculous lease. Their community manager "Allie C" sure does have an inflated sense of power with her little management title. I've now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Jokes on them.they can continue to rob and scam me out of monthly lease payments for a NON EXISTENT OFFICE SPACE.but the truth is, I'll continue to post my review of my NIGHTMARE of an experience with them along with my fellow members of management who are equally being impacted by this.it will cost Regus more in man hours to deal with this than they'll make off of me.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. RUN THE OTHER WAY. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. You think it is a convenient way for a quick office address? WRONG. It's hellish and dealing with their joke of a 'manager' Allie is just pure insanity. Now that I've filed my BBB complaint, written this review, now I get to waste more of my life and file a corporate complaint against her. Don't be fooled like we've been. RUN. THE. OTHER. WAY.

This place gets packed! It has the draw of all the corporate buildings around. Busy nights there are lines for seats, both sit down dinner to just a bar seat. Im not sure if reservations are a thing, but I'd suggest definitely checking ahead of time. The beer and food are on par. The service takes a hit when so busy, and its understandable why their attitudes get grumpy and seemingly barely having enough staff to keep up. Either way, it's a fun environment.

The team at Regus One Pacific Heights is hands down the best in customer service. No matter who is working on any given day I visit, I’m met with friendly faces. My main use is for the virtual office and I love the ease of the online booking process and how affordable their rates are. I would recommend Regus to any business owner looking for that flexibility of working remote but still needing that professional, business space.

What a wonderful place to work! Everything in a full office environment and more! Friendly staff and people all around. It is a one stop shop for all your office or micro office needs! I have been here 7 months now and couldn’t be happier!
