Rehab United Physical Therapy - Kearny Mesa

Great staff & very good services. What I really like about their exercise classes is how they adjust the workout for each person as needed. Because of their background in physical therapy, they understand how to work the body without aggravating any parts that are, or have been, painful. It was great to do a workout alongside people where I felt I was working just as hard as they were, even though they’re in better shape than me.

Outstanding in every way possible is the best I can do to describe this place. People of all ages show up every day to workout in an environment where you are not only cheered for but the hands on support is amazing. "Sign up" my friend said.it will be fun she said.she was right!

Nice facility. Therapists and associates are knowledgeable, professional, personable and dedicated to restoring form and functionality. Have not utilized the Fit Societe or massage services yet, but hope to soon.

Very competent therapists & assistants. A step above most organizations in competence & underlying theories. Facility does get a little busy at times.

I work with Jessica as my provider and often Amy. Both are amazing. All the providers are super nice and make the place feel safe, I don’t feel judged when on the floor. And I know that they care and want to ensure I am healing and working safely.

Beware if you have to reschedule an appointment within 24 hours they will charge you $50. They don't understand that life situations happen and you need to reschedule appointments sometimes. They say it's a reason for accountability but if it wasn't for customers choosing them for rehab they wouldn't exist. I think we as a community of people can make businesses wave policies like these by choosing not to go to them if we stick together.

What a score! You can get fit & rehabilitated, then feel like a new person all in one day! I've gone to Rehab United for most of all the services they offer and had tried several different PT facilities thru out San Diego but really liked their open space, equipment and especially the therapists and friendly, professional staff.
I especially look forward to my massage appointments w/Jay DeGuzman~
he's pretty amazing.but so is how you feel when you leave! Highly recommend =)

Great place for physical rehab and massages. Owners are part of the active staff and are awesone! The therapists are knowledable and know a lot more than pt.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! From initially making the appointment to meeting with the PT, the process is smooth and painless. My insurance recommended Rehab United and I am grateful for that. My daughter had bone fusion surgery in July and had to relearn to walk. My daughter is also high functioning Autistic and her Physical Therapist Chris Wolfinger has been nothing short of amazing with her. The patience he has with her warms my heart.in the almost 6 weeks my daughter's been doing PT, she's improving by leaps and bounds! I would recommend Rehab United time and again.

The staff is very pleasant and they try to work with you to avoid late cancellation fees. I never had an issue with parking. The restrooms were always clean and water was readily available. There were a couple times I had my baby with me but they didn't have a problem with that. The best part is that I'm fixed! This was my first experience with physical therapy and it was grand.

This is the best I have ever used.

I tore my bicep tendon and Rehab United has been so amazingly helpful in my rehab. Great location and great staff!

I've had back problems for years and a lot of pain and after awhile at RU the pain is way down and feeling a lot better.

Knowledgeable and targeted physical therapy perfectly tailored to each person's physical issues. My program has helped me immensely for my back issues while stretching / strengthening my core to help me stand and walk (good posture) in a whole new way; a whole body approach focused on full function. I've gone elsewhere for PT that had me doing limited & isolated muscle groups exercise. RH United is far superior to my past experiences.
