Motel Relax Inn reviews
5 I contribute to reviews because I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of. Run for the hills people! This place is a swamp! Dirty Everything and creatures running around inside the rooms and random nuts hollering outside all night. They need to pay the guest to stay there not the other way around And even a million dollars isn't enough! Like I said.
RUN
They have great customer service & provide reasonable prices and accommodation for the community they serve, but the rooms could use an upgrade.
The property is quite. The reason the property is quite is because they have a pest problem. I walked in the room, and it was nice until I saw pest, in the restroom. The one in the pic was about to give birth and others were crawling on the floor. I immediately went to request a refund. When I mentioned the room has a pest problem, the guy said it was normal. I said it was not normal and unsanitary. I didn't pay for uninvited guests. I paid $110 for the night.what a rip off when it was only supposed to be $89, but anyway I went up the road to the new Motel 6. The price was $110 too, but after hearing what happened to me at the last Motel, they were nice enough to give me a discount and I only paid $104.
The staff of this place is something else and a half caution but have patience
Well, I do believe I have found the very worst motel in the entire United States.
The Relax Inn in San Bernardino. Absolutely horrible. A complete dump. In fairness, it reaches that reputation partly by the management, and partly by the clientele.
The room stunk of bug spray and Lysol the instant I walked through the door. I gagged and left the door open. I'm not picky about motel rooms. I regularly stay at Motel 6 or the EZ8 in San Diego. [Told you I wasn't picky. ]
The place was a dump. Cigarette burns on the bed spread and night stand in this "No Smoking" room. Several of the faux wood flooring panels were raised up. Be careful walking in the dark. A huge clump of hair was stuck on the wall of the shower. I can wait until I get home to have a shower. Just gross. The TV only got nine channels, none of them network.
The other half of the equation are the other guests. More than a dozen people who impressed me as having no ability whatsoever to survive in the real world. How the hell did they scrape together the $120 a night to stay there?
One group would drive their car maybe six feet in-and-out of their parking spot over and over while a woman upstairs would use the remote to repeatedly turn the car alarm on and off. This went from 9pm to after 3am in half hour intervals.
A few doors down, someone testing to see if they can push their radio past 300 decibels.
Someone walked the halls shouting, "Yo! Yo! Hey man! Yo! Yo! "
A few other strange behaviors. And the man who would return many times during the night pounding on the door next door and shouting, "Lemme In! " over and over.
Through all this, the management did nothing to help.
