Me, my wife and my mother-in-law were in the store Labor Day Monday to look for a full-massage chair. We tried all of the massage chairs for always 1 hour with other office chairs. We found Sherry to be very knowledgeable, patient and informative of all of the products we tested. Excellent customer service. No hard sale pitch at all. It's extremely difficult to find this kind of Person to Person service these days at any retail settings. We definitely will come back for some office chairs very soon. Also, we might consider 1 of the full massage reclining chairs just because of her service. She is truly an asset to the company and will spread good words about her in all social media platforms about "Relax The Back". Keep up the good work!

The salesman that helped us was very knowledgeable and patient. Spent some time trying out a few different styles. They seem to have good warranty offerings (including extended) for the massage chairs. I didn’t try out but wasn’t impressed by the desk chairs (pricing seemed high for what they were). I would definitely give them a look if you’re in the market.

Sherry was fantastic and I was able to find the perfect pillow after years of searching. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has wonderful ease with customers. Will definitely come back and refer anyone here!

Sherry in the San Diego store was exceptionally helpful right from the moment I walked in the door. Her gregarious and humorous personality are a big plus. I really enjoyed the experience. She is a wonderful and knowledgable sales associate and answered all my questions and gave me the best value for the chair and foot rest that are just right for me.

On a recent trip to SD, I got off the plane with an aching back and was suffering. My brother told me about a new store that recently opened up in Mission Valley called Relax the Back- right up my alley. I went in and an older man was there to help me.
What an experience! He put me in a massage chair and I melted, such a relief…too bad I couldn’t take it back to NJ but during the massage we talked and he had some suggestions.
I came in for a lumbar support pillow, which I got but then he had me try this unusual board-like product with padding, I felt such comfort in my back, even when I slouched a little- it flexed. It was called Spina Bac and is Swedish made- I was impressed with the quality and versatility and looked forward to using it on the plane ride home. I love this store, Alan and Sherry were really helpful and so many cool products that help people like me, I’ve already recommended it to my brother who I was visiting- he needs a new recliner.

I had such a great experience in this store and with my purchase. Jorge was very accommodating. Sherri was a delight to work with! She was very insightful, kind, and down to earth.
