Would give 0 stars if I could.waited 2 hours for checking out my soar throat and a lump under my skin.paid $200 and they couldn’t even give me a referral to get an ultra sound done at a different place since they don’t have it.now I have to pay the same again at another urgent care.went to the pharmacy for my other medication they prescribed but upon arrival we were told reliant needs to contact the pharmacy.imagine having to hold the urgent care accountable to do their job, on top of paying for no answers/referral. 0/5

They charge me for my appointment when I was there and then sent the same bill to collections. Scammers.

They put in the rooms the clients that have best insurance first. These people should be sued for this malpractice. The rest will wait until doctors cash out.
Unless you are paying cash or have super insurance be willing to wait three hours to be seen.

Checked in and asked the receptionist how long it would take. She said 40 mins or less. I waited for almost 3 hours. I have no problem waiting, but not at least be honest about the wait time.

Empty lobby yet took over an hr to be seen for a 5minute test. No validation even though theyre advertising parking so had to pay $17. Cannot get test results over phone so I have to drive back 3 hrs in the middle of the work week at 3pm. No flexibility, have to take time off from work to see them at their specific time and location. Also, front desk assistant that would rather stare into the ceiling than be helpful and provide any information at all. Go to a different urgent care, this one needs to be closed down.

Went to go get some labs done, some Vaccine Tigers, MMR, Varicella, help B. Apparently they do they, but only if an employer request them. I asked, “do you not want money? ” I was willing to pay for the test, not a problem, they said “No. ” only if an employer orders them…. Wow

Slow. Only a couple people here and have been waiting hours for something very basic. It’s like they employees aren’t even here and when they are they don’t seem to be doing much of anything.

I paid them 145, buy my insurance claims that my total cost is 95. They don't want to return money. What should I do?

EDIT to downgrade from a 2-star to a 1-star after talking to Reliant customer service to get an update on when to expect my refund. Per the clinic manager: -Our online system can't process refunds immediately -We don't care if other people are better than us. -We'll let you know about the refund at some point. Save yourself the trouble and NEVER come here. I've had to open a dispute claim with my credit card company to recover my funds from these clowns. Here's my original review: I have been coming here for a long, long time (since before they moved to their new location) and they've never been great, but now they're just unbearable. Today I arrived for an appointment for a COVID test I had already booked and paid for, and they were running 2 hours behind. Staff just *shrug* because they're overwhelmed and can't do much to fix the situation. Terribly mismanaged office, and it's always been like this, but was so bothered by it this time I felt compelled to write a review. PS if you need a COVID test go to SameDay Health down the street. They are so punctual and kind!

1. Rapid PCR Test: $195 / Next day: $175
2. Parking: No validation $15. Human feces everywhere.
3. Waiting line (receptionist) : flowing outdoors.
4. Waiting (Covid Test) line: outside the facility, backdoor designed for shipping and receiving.
Parking lot, no heater.
5. Time elapsed between the appointment time and actual test: 45Minutes.

Bottom line:
Get an FDA approved self-test kit. The only "Reliant" aspect here revolves around collecting your money and mucous (for $195).

Unbelievably slow. Waited 2+ hours for a doctor to see me for 30 seconds. People that had arrived much later than me were seen earlier. They don’t accept appointments so I’ve had to bear through this twice this week.

DO NOT GO HERE! I would give zero stars if I could.

This place is terrible. By far the worst urgent care I have ever experienced and it’s not even close. I waited for over 2 hours (I was told 45-60 min) to be seen in a mostly empty waiting room. Once I was finally taken to the examination room, I was forced to wait another hour. It took over 3 hours to see the doctor.

When I went to fill my prescription, the doctor had filled out the form wrong and now I can’t get desperately needed meds. Reliant will NOT answer the phone and the pharmacy will not fill my prescription.

Beyond the wait time and incompetence, the front staff was very unfriendly and were barely audible when asked questions. They seemed determined to turn away would-be patients by emphasizing the wait times. I listened as one patient was told it would be an hour. The next patient was told it would be 2 hours not more than a minute later.

PARKING: while en route, I was directed by Reliant signs to a parking garage, which was also filled with signs from Reliant.
However, in the waiting room, I noticed a small typed sign, wedged between other signs, that stated they no longer validate parking!

Despite directing you to this garage, complete with their own signage, Reliant will NOT validate your parking. Expect to spend an extra $15 on parking. Reliant needs to remove their signage from the garage or clearly and prominently state they will not validate. The current situation is unacceptable.

Overall, this urgent care is unacceptable. Dirty rooms, unfriendly, unhelpful staff, a deceptive, expensive parking situation, negligent mistakes, and no one answering phones. And after all of my troubles, I can’t even get my rx filled.

Save yourself the trouble and find an Urgent Care that actually gives a damn. This place is a joke.

Signed up for a "rapid" COVID test Oct 5,2021. Had 9: 40 am "appointment. " Walked in to busy waiting room with desk personnel with no sense of urgency. Hard to be more indifferent than this person. Was told 3 ahead of you and about 30 minutes. An hour later, 5 people had been called. Each time the RN looked annoyed to have to see another patient. I was there for a 30 second swab. I left. Deeply regret using paypal as no way to get $200 back. If I could give less than one star, I would. Stay away at all costs unless your time has no value.

Horrible Urgent Care. Avoid this place unless you want to leave injured, disrespected, and robbed.

I went in to drain a painful ear boil because all the ENTs were booked. PA Mahsa Afrookhteh was mocking me the moment I met her, beginning by downplaying my pain.

Later on she proceeded to aggressively cut and drain the boil, then jamming her finger into my ear. There was so much blood and I felt every second of the extreme pain. I’ve had ear boils drained before, the process was never this painful or bloody.

PA Mahsa was very unprofessional and was mocking me the entire time telling me that I was welcome cause she relieved the pain instead of me waiting for 3 hours at an ER. Then yelling at me to cover my nose (my mask slipped off) when I was screaming from pain.

The nurses, Manny and Natalie, were very kind and helped me calm down. But I’m currently left with loss of hearing and a scar in my ear, months after the procedure. The costs to fix what she did were much higher than what it would’ve been if I didn’t go there, and Reliant Urgent Care says they can’t do anything about it.

Again, Horrible Urgent Care. Never going there again even if my life depends on it.
