Relic VW Parts Warehouse, Wildomar CA

My wife and I left Anaheim on Saturday morning (today) to go to Temecula to visit some wineries. My 71 VW Ghia started having issues on the Ortega Highway. The engine started cutting out. We made it down the hill and almost to the 15. The engine died completely. We were 14 minutes from a VW shop called Relic. It would start and run for 30 seconds and then quit. We sat for an hour and the engine started up and we went straight to Relic. We made it. They didn't know us from Adam, and they stopped what they were doing because we were from out of town, and they wanted to get us back on the road. The issue was a bear to deal with and even on test drives, the team would run out to push us back when it failed. Not only did they fix the issue, but they tuned the dual carbs as well, and pointed out other little issues I should look into when I have time. To make this story even more amazing, their best friend, and mechanic, had just past away a week earlier and all his family and friends were arriving at the shop to celebrate his life. They called their friends to take over the organizing of the food and drinks for the party because they were focused on my car. People started arriving, but they kept working. They do their late friend an honor by caring for out-of-towners like us. If you read this review and stop by their shop, tell them James says HI. (Orange and white stripped Ghia)

The only VW store that is open on the weekends since the pandemic. I didn't have to wait till Monday to fix my car. Customer service was great very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and know air cooled vws inside and out. They have hard to find parts alot and if they don't have them someone they know will.

So after spending A lot of money a few years back. I decided to take my broken buggy back to relic. What a mistake! I called them the owner told me she would call me back to set an appointment. Alicia never did. I had to call back a week later and I can hear her frustration towards me. So after a week of sitting at the shop! I was told I would get a quote for my repairs but never did. After calling her back Alicia she flat out told me I should take my vehicle and business somewhere else! If you are considering taking your Ride there I would say No F**cking Way! What a joke.and I will never recommend anyone to spend their hard earned cash on somebody who just doesn’t care about your needs. 100% all True

Amazing shop, I couldn't recommend them more, I just acquired a vw bug and it needed alot of work. They were flexible with my budget and knew what I needed and didnt need. Got my bugs wiring done and all tuned up and sounding amazing. Great experience and hard working to get your vehicle back on the road.

So far I can say my experiences with Relic VW Parts Warehouse have been amazing! Being young and getting a 1964 Classic Beetle on the road feels like a breeze working along side Alisa. Thank you Relic for your professionalism and honest business practices. I will continue coming here and would recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

Because when you take your car to this place if they keep it in.
They stole my coils and original distribuitor, and on top of that after some money trip my 71 and 74 are out of time.

Great service. The mechanic stopped working just so he could help me get my parts. Cool little place, I’m definitely going back for more parts.

This is the most reliable place I have yet found to fix my 1979 Super Beetle. Lisa & her Team are very knowledgeable, capable, & professional. The bug has never run that well. They do it all from simple engine stuff to restoration. Don't bother checking any other place. Just go there. They get an A+.

Worked on my husband's baby, a 1974 bug he bought new, he was so happy with their work, he says it's never run better! Thank you RELIC!
