You are very lucky if you come across this company! I submitted a moving inquiry and multiple companies reached out. This company’s approach was straightforward and to the point so I went with them and it was the best decision I could have made. Mike and Primo made moving such a wonderful experience. They were prompt, professional, and so much fun to work with! A few items did not fit the conventional way… but that was not a problem for this team! Mike and Primo displayed their knowledge & expertise by creatively getting the work done and all items carefully in our home by any means. 11/10! Thank you guys again!

I had really high hopes for Network Relocation after speaking with John Henry over the phone. He sold me on the services, promised me 'his best guys', and that it would be a smooth move. He was only really right about 1 thing: one of his guys (Steven) was the best part of the move.

I spoke with John multiple times and mentioned that I live on the 3rd floor apartment, and asked if the recommended (by him) 2 movers would get the job done easily. This is when I should have asked for an emailed estimate, but all I was given was basically a contact sheet. He reassured me that it would be no issue, but the moment Mike and Steven arrived, I was met with snarky remarks about the stairs and how much stuff I owned. This would not change at the end destination.

Mike, of 'Mike the Mover' renown, was a little too 'chummy' with me, making impolite statements and exhibiting some unprofessional behaviors. Steven, his partner, was diligent and showed neutral/positive outlook on the job. If there was any positive aspect of the move, it was Steven's demeanor.

After almost 8 hours, including drive time and unloading, Mike and I went to shore up the total bill and this is what made me the most uncomfortable.

Mike showed me the total estimated bill, totaled to $1480. He broke it down on a scratch piece of paper, which did not transfer to the carbon copy of my receipt and did not provide the actual itemized receipt - 7.5 hrs labor (they were only loading/unloading for 5.5 hours), 3 hrs double drive time (as per law), the $25 flat fuel fee (not arguing on), and over $250 dollars in shipping materials (which I didn't ask for them to use). Note: all of their packing material costs are exorbitantly overpriced compared to normal consumer prices. (A tube of shrink wrap is charged at $60 when it is normally ~$16). I trusted John and his team to use what was needed, but not to run up the bill without me knowing.

After an overall exhausting day, Mike then made it very awkward by asking me what to put down as a tip on the invoice. I expect that from a café when the employee rotates an iPad, not from a professional mover.

I've tried reaching out to John in regards to amending some of these issues but have not heard back yet. Unless these issues get remedied, I don't have any reason to recommend these movers to friends or family.

Be cautious on fake positive posts!

This company is unprofessional. They banged up my stuff and the driver stole! I caught him on our baby nanny cam that was still up!

These movers came well prepared. This was my first time hiring a professional moving service and I found them to be amazing! They were very easy to work with. The moving crew worked hard, they were fast and very careful when handling our furniture. You couldn’t have asked for better movers. Highly recommend these guys.

Mike and Orlando were off the chain great. They showed up very professional. They only had to wrap my stuff because I was ready. They moved me in several hours. It was the best move I have ever had. Both myself and my daughter have used this company for every move. Mike ran his crew with the utmost efficiency. They both went above what I had anticipated. I give the 10 stars. Thank you.

Relocation network did an incredible job! Arrived right on time, super professional, and packed everything thing so diligently and carefully. They kept track of every thing that was packed and labeled all the boxes carefully, and scanned over the list so I had it as Well. Super organized and professional. Not one thing was lost or damaged. They made it so stress free And everything went so smoothly. Highly recommend. Too notch job
