Remedy Liquor & Wine Cellar, Glendale CA

I don’t ever write reviews but people need to know! Do not recommend using remedy unless you like supporting a business that doesn’t believe in taking care and making things right for customers. Purchased 6 bottles for 149.99 which had no limit and then 2 days later received call saying 5 of 6 bottles are canceled. Upon them canceling bottles they were immediately listed on their website for 169.99. I called them out on it professionally and then they proceeded to cancel all my orders (owner said to do this) as well as delete my account. What a terrible way to treat customers and do business!

They do not keep their word purchased a bottle of liquor from them never received they stated they would make it right and send another bottle well they never sent and they stopped responding to my emails and calls. Bad business will never recommend this company and I will continue to tell people of the poor service as well as report to the better business bureau!

I made an online purchase the page had an error, the charge was made to my card, I called the store, it happened to me with a woman who tells me that she cannot see the purchases that there are no records, call my bank they tell me that I have to see it with them in a few words they are scammers

Misrepresentation of their return policy.
Purchase hard liquor and wine for an event and the cashier told me to get a few extra and that as long as they where not opened I could return them. Turns out that only applies to hard liquor and not wine. And now I see why he pushed me to buy extra of that 1 specific wine since most people didn't like it and I'm sure they where having a hard time moving them.
Also grey goose was a little over 20% more expensive here vs total wine but I figured since they are nice enough to take returns I should do my whole purchase from here.
Most likely I won't shop here from now on for any reason.

A wide variety of liquor and some are at prices that you won't find in most other liquor stores in Los Angeles. I buy Metaxa Grande Fine here for like $20 less than you can get anywhere else

They won't smile or say hello. But they know their Spirits. Amazing selection. For any collector of fine whiskey or distilled spirits.

I've been here for almost a month at this wine store. I was so impressed by the wines they had. They had a vast range of wines from which you could pick. The wine case I bought from this place was so delicious. I love this shop as the staves were also very welcoming, open, and polite. They're going to help you pick a great wine to suit your tastebuds.

The best wine shop in CA by far. Great wine selection, friendly service, excellent recommendations and the coolest weekly tastings.

I'm from Corona California this place is a Little bit away from me But they have so much Good stuff that I don't care that I have to drive so many miles The prices are very good And they have a lot of stuff that you don't find Anywhere

Their online shopping is NOT accurate as far as availability and accuracy. I ordered total of eight wines but they had only two of my order.

It is better to go to the actual store instead of wasting your time to order online, plus the staff are friendly and helpful.

My highly anticipated Gift set arrived with the glasses broken
Called Customer service and rep said Remedy only covers damages to the product and not any accessories including gift sets with glasses
Said it is my issue to take up with Fedex. 1st and Last order with this company
Continental Spirits is a much better purveyor of fine spirits and their customer services ROCKS unlike Remedy who wash their hands with you once they capture your money

Placed a web order that they charged me for initially twice, then corrected but never shipped. Never responded to e-mail inquiries. When I called to straighten out Michael was very rude.

Placed order four days ago and product still has not shipped. No tracking information. I have called twice. They have my money of course but no big hurry on shipping stuff. Hope you don't want your product in a timely manner.
