I guess they're ALL AMERICAN. White security Talking down and turned rude when i showed him my I. D; Just moved to riverside. They Won't take my Matricula Consular I. D which was issued to me in San Bernardino. Even Stizzy lets me in with my I. D. I'm a big smoker. They lost good business turning me down. Edit: I recommend Culture Cannabis despensary in Jurupa valley, just 3 minutes from the remedy room.

Friendly staff. Selection is kindahigher end. I come here often for about seven months. They don't like to give you a freebie once in a while.good deals sometimes. I pay a lot here
more than elsewhere sometimes.location is convenient for me. Prepackaged flower mostly.

This used to be my day 1, bottom b! +ch, loyal. Then they changed. I used to go before they had the grand opening. The vibe, atmosphere, attitudes were all great. Very warm and welcoming. It is far from that now. They still have product on a high level and carry good strains, but if the ego and or attitudes are shifty and shady now, it makes a person not even want to go. Just go see a beautiful smiling face somewhere else. That is what it makes me do from time to time now and I was a good 2 grand a month for them. Now I take about 100 maybe 160 when I go. IF I go there. They just became a disappointment. Can't even have a good vibe with people there. Sucks, but that's the way they want to run their place. Not very consumer friendly when we are the ones keeping the lights on

Always a good selection of pre-rolls/flower to choose from and a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. It's the only place I go to.

I selected a few products and an employee tried to charge me one price.then, oops, a different price. Then another employee took over and attempted to charge me a third price. So I walked out. There's no need to do business with these amateur scam artists when there are plenty of good dispensaries around.

Awkward unhelpful girl behind the counter with nose ring. She just sat there looking at us annoying af didnt help at all. I just left. Security was friendly though

Two days later. I came back with an open mind and was very satisfied. I come here all the time and the other day really surprised me. I understand everyone has bad days but I try to treat others with respect. I love coming here and expect to be welcomed. Much better today. Thanks guys

Update 09/28/23:
Back in CA for another rotation, I made Remedy Room my 2nd stop. Though the guy at the door is a scowler (I bet he's actually a really nice guy; he looks like he can take care of business if needed!), everyone inside is pleasant and helpful and always willing to answer questions. All information about strains, manufacturers, and pricing is readily available on laminated cards, making decisions a breeze. As always, the pricing on flower can't be beat. They also have an extensive collection of edibles, pre-rolls, and everything else you can imagine. There's something for everyone at Remedy Room! Spend $200 in one transaction, and you get to spin the wheel to win a cool prize, but I've never spent $200 in there, so I can't tell you what that's like. They never disappoint.

Love this place for their excellent selection, prices, and deals. I wish the website was better; I end up calling and asking the friendly staff what I need to find out. First time in the store gets you 10% off, and you can sign up to receive text message deals. They have $115 ounces out the door. They're my go-to dispensary.

Terrible CS no receipt, bud tenders had no clue or deals or promos just just expects to make sales showing the most expensive product and using botox. Bought a eighth only weighed 3grams big rip off dont come here
