1 I wrote Magaly a check for the full amount of a Aqua Nano countertop filter plus a princess pot that amounted to a little over $1,000. When the filter arrived it was missing a part. I waited a week for it so I finally asked if there was a warehouse nearby. Magaly texted me the address and told me theyd be waiting for me to pick it up. "NO, you go pick it up! ", I told her. I felt like she didnt want any part of the problem after I had paid in full. Needless to say, I will not be buying the integrated faucet from her.
I googled a distributor and found her name and number. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy so she basically came to my house to pick up the check. Her business card says, Magaly Reyes.
