I have had a wonderful experience with my leasing agent Estella she was awesome! The whole management team was awesome shot out to Monique the manager!

Ignore the 4+ star reviews and take them with a grain of salt. I have lived here for going on two years and have noted problems one after another. Things have gone downhill since I renewed my lease after my first year here. Starting with rude and inconsiderate neighbors blasting music for 8-hours straight and dropping cigarettes into our patio, surrounding units that reek of marijuana and cigarettes, tenants arguing in the parking lot, homeless people digging through the overflowing dumpsters in the early mornings and late evenings, lazy tenants who can't distinguish between recycle and trash dumpsters, tenants who refuse to park in their assigned stalls and decide to take up visitor parking for cars that are not operating, washer/dryer machines constantly breaking down, poor plumbing leading to leaking AC units every summer, unhelpful office staff, non-existent security patrol, and lastly, mail rooms that are being broken into within weeks of each other with no solution from the office staff.

The only plus side to this complex is that they are pet-friendly and the landscaping is well-maintained.

0 stars. Horrible place to live! They act like they care bur all they are doing is out to get your money. Worst living experience of my life!

The management is amazing! They listen to the residents well and find the best way to handle every situation. Everyone in the office is very kind and accommodating.

The property manager Monique is STELLAR. We moved into this 2 bedroom apartment on the 20th of May and discovered we had many issues that were connected to the electrical wiring as well as a couple separate issues and she send out 2 electricians and 2 in house maintenance people and fixed every issue in a single day. Before now, that has been unheard of to me given the bad property managers I've had experiences with in the past. The amenities are also very good. The only issue I would complain about is that you have to pay $2 per load of washing and drying but it's easy to just ignore that and go to another place to do laundry. Would highly recommend this complex based on the staffing ALONE!

Thanks u for getting me and Ryan in an apartment has fast has we needed it was super appreciated when we didn’t have any where to live. The time period that we were there it was quiet clean and calm people around that made it way better for everyone. This complex was so helpful.

Love the maintenance and management at Renaissance.
Really Feels like home. We got a nice view from the bedroom and our dogs always love looking out the window. That’s what I miss the most.
Environment is clean and they always have events going on to participate which is fun.
They’re always on top of their updates and schedules informing residents what’s going on.

I would not recommend this complex for anyone alone a family. It cost us so much to stay here & yes they did offer gift cards for reviews along with sending email they would lower rent by $20 if they could tap into your internet for cameras by mailboxes. We where there 2yrs window busted out in first couple months items stolen out of our garage and decorations. Installed cameras at our expense along with lights to see to our apartment at night. Constant overflow of garbage everywhere at garbage cans. But that wasn't what did it it was our unit overflowing with sewer water again but this time made it all through the down stairs area & letting us remain in unit. Upon leaving I agree to some cleaning charges furniture we left I let them know but to keep our deposit on top of charging an additional almost $800 because they said it needed extra deep cleaning & fee for chimney that I was told I couldn't use which never did. I filed report with insurance and there recommendations on what work needed to be for that kind of bacteria was never done. Keep in mind if u move into town house in 5675 area plumber stated it will continue to flood & get worse please make sure you have good insurance.

A lot of these reviews are coaxed by management and you get entered into competitions or get gift cards. That's why their ratings look better than they actually are. Management is meh. Had my car broken into, had it defaced, and they don't have any camera in the back because, "the wifi doesn't reach out there" not the only person who's had this problem on the property either. Some people may genuinely like the place, I thought I did at first, but it's a bad area, the place isn't protected, not their fault I guess, but they definitely don't help or try to make it easier. It's not the worst place to live, but I don't think I'd go back.

Currently live here. I love it that it’s pet friendly and large pets are welcome! Great management and maintenance team, both very responsive!
My only complaint is some tenants, who isn’t being responsible, do not pick up after their dogs at my area to the point where I don’t even feel comfortable walking my dogs out to potty without stepping on other dog’s poop!

Do not rent here they charge you for everything and recently wanted to charge me 40$ for the maintenance to install blinds that I already have to pay 40$ to replace. Why am I paying for installation. I rent here that should be apart of the amenities

I moved in about a month ago, and found out our mail room has been hacked some how. Someone close to me, who lives here, had their new credit card stolen from their mail box. It's a sad situation, I don't trust my mail is safe. I have spoken to the office about it, all they could say was that there is an on going investigation. I placed a maintenance request to get magnetic locks put in, but due to a resident with disabilities they cannot do that (even though it's been done for the other mail room). I hope they can offer some other type of security soon.

It has been a big hassle dealing with this place and applying for an apartment here especially specifically with Lorraina one of the leasing agents. I asked to also speak with some one higher up than her and I was told the manager doesn’t talk to applicants. Then she switched it up then said to call back on Monday. All the way down to them flaking on our virtual appointment for a viewing and having me do my appointment in person so I rushed from
Madera to Fresno and viewed with someone who isn’t even a leasing agent also when I asked if there was a one bedroom the girl Adriana told me no just to find out from Lorraina that there is a 1 bed 1 bath. There is so much more and I’d like to speaking with a manager or possibly owner.

The renaissance apartments are very nice if you like nature and have a nice park and pool for kids and if you like to workout they have a gym too. Ive been liveing here for a year now love it.

My first apartment ever was here at Renaissance! I lived here for almost two years and found the move in process super easy. I placed a request to tour the complex, met up with Tram the same day, applied and the rest was history:)
Everything is online, which I find convenient especially since I am introverted. Living experience was good too. I felt safe, neighbors were nice, and any issues were communicated via text message to all tenants. It was an overall good experience living here. A couple of cons are the playground could be a little cleaner, the walls are thin, I could hear my neighbors mumbo jumbo when it was really quiet and Groundskeepers work Monday mornings, which is a real bummer. Overall, I would recommend and def grateful for an amazing experience here at Renaissance!

Management is good, always in office during hours or reachable via text/email/call.
