Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel

Great location in walkable distance to the los angeles airport, or shuttle will take you.decent pool, beds very comfortable.nice hotel, felt very clean, and staff was great!

Clean room, comfy bed, and friendly staff! Shower did not drain well, but other than that we had no issues.

The sheets were not clean when I entered the room. I had to call the front desk several times to get room service to bring me some wash cloths and towels.

Very nice hotel. Very convenient to LAX. The bar has a good selection of craft beer. Decent food. We were upgraded to the Sunset Suite, which had the biggest television I've ever seen in a hotel room.

Very negative experience.no one told us that parking would be $40-$50 a NIGHT! The showerhead has a very bad drip and the TV doesn't have good channels. Most of the channels were news channels and one or two movie channels. No complimentary breakfast and other than that I can say the bed was comfy. You also have to take 2 elevators to get to any room. There's really nothing spacial about the rooms. The nice part is the lobby.

I stay here regularly on business. Near LAX with a helpful staff and comfortable clean rooms. The restaurant is overpriced but the food quality and staff are fantastic.

Crapy service, shuttles constantly refuse to give you a ride to the airport, they kept on saying they're out of service or taking a break. These drivers need to get fired.

Our flight was delayed 14+ hours. The staff at the Renaissance were great in helping us out, they gave us a room and complimentary waters. It's only like a mile from the airport.

Not happy with the fact that they charge you $5 for water! There isn’t enough activities for young children and teens to do! There’s a small jacuzzi and a small pool.

Came here to have drinks with a co-worker. Nice lobby and decent bar. Hotel has a shared shuttle with the Marriott LAX. It stops there first before heading to the Renaissance, before heading back to the airport. Rates here during the off season (after labor day) are quite attractive

Great firm bed, clean and the bar personnel was very friendly and helpful when I didn’t have silverware to eat in my room.

The Renaissance Hotel is literally across the street from the Avis car rental return. It was super convenient to drop of the rental and walk to the hotel. The concierge lounge on the 11th floor is awesome. We had dinner there and it was better than many of the expensive restaurants at which we have dined. The room was comfortable and roomy. The 5: 00 am shuttle was right on time and dropped us off at the airport within 5 minutes. We will stay there again.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. They were great at having a room ready even though I came in early. The only thing that kills the experience is the extra fees that are tacked on in regards to the stay. Usually Renaissance hotels give you at least one free bottle water. Not here. That'll be $7. Also, it's cheaper to park at the park-and-fly than it is to park your car at the hotel.

This is a modern hotel located minutes from the hotel. It is modern with modern amenities. The hotel's layout is open. As a person enters they can see the reception area on the left and the bar on the right. The staff was very helpful. They are quick to respond to questions or concerns. The extra benefits for frequent travelers are an added plus. The suites are comfortable in size. A great hotel for the in and out traveler.

Service in the bar was average for size and occupancy. Hotel was nice but rooms were a bit below Rennisance standards.

Good hotel, modern with spacious rooms and in good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Very friendly staff, and clean and spacious rooms.

Very close to the airport with a free shuttle. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and the restaurant was very convenient and the food was good.

From the moment I got there the goes were very friendly and kind. Great food. Great place to stay at.

Amazing Establishment to visit. The bar is set very high. Do be mindful of the cost of parking. Rooms nicely appointed and daily service is extremely efficient. In room dining is highly delectable and affordable. Within a stones throw of all major car rental companies and that much closer to lax. Shuttle service to and from lax is provided free of charge.

I am using the hotel parking for the airport. I was impressed how well organized everything is and also how clean. The personnel was pretty helpful and knowledgeable.
