Shannon has gone above and beyond to make this move in experience as easy as possible. She is so kind and sweet and more than willing to accommodate any issues you may have. My husband and I toured the place and the renovations done were amazing! Stainless steel appliances, huge closets, and gorgeous community amenities! Highly recommend for other small military families who are wanting a place close to Travis. Shannon was a rockstar!
I have been living at renew park viva since 2019 and I have nothing but issues! Me and my family have been dealing with mold in our apartment for 5 months and the manager has done hardly anything to address the issue. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE!
