I had a fantastic experience at Renew Physical Therapy in Scripps Ranch. Kha, my therapist, was incredibly detailed and friendly, which made me feel comfortable throughout my sessions. The support staff was also very customer-friendly and made scheduling appointments a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend this place for their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service.

I went in for issues with my shoulder and tennis elbow. Dr. Sarah Meech performed an initial analysis and provided some exercises to address the issues. She ensured I performed the exercises in proper form. She was personable and helpful! Thank you!

Highly recommend Renew Physical Therapy, especially Brooke, Kha, and Sarah. I've been seeing Brooke 1-2 times a week for months and she has helped greatly. I appreciate that she keeps my best interest in mind. If it seems like I've hit a plateau and need to consult with my doctor before continuing, she won't just keep booking appointments. I write this knowing that ANYONE can read this and I’m exposing sensitive information about myself. But I also write this remembering how alone I felt with my issue until pelvic floor physical therapy with Renew Physical Therapy. And that suffering alone due to shame is also what keeps knowledge about this so contained. I had been unable to have intercourse for so many years, thinking it was “just me. ” When someone told me to talk to my doctor about pelvic floor physical therapy it was shocked that such a thing existed. Dr. Sarah assured me that what was happening with me wasn’t uncommon and that often women and even doctors didn’t know that pelvic floor physical therapy existed. I worked with her and over time I was finally able to have intercourse. Anyone experiencing this knows that it felt like Renew Physical Therapy performed a miracle. Growing up I couldn’t even use tampons without experiencing pain (which Dr. Sarah says is one of the indicators as well). Pap smears were horrifying. I didn’t tell my doctors about this most of my life and just suffered by myself with this because I was too embarrassed. Now I tell EVERYone about pelvic floor physical therapy and how Dr. Sarah “performed a miracle. ” She helped train Brooke, too, the other pelvic floor physical therapist. I am beyond grateful for Renew Physical Therapy and Dr. Sarah. It truly changed my life.

I was treated here for a shoulder injury and received excellent care. The staff showed great attention to detail and provided helpful instructions. Sarah provided a treatment plan to address problem areas. I will use Renew for my PT needs in the future.

Their Scripps Ranch office is located in a small business center near the east end of Mira Mesa Blvd. Plenty of free parking. I absolutely love this physical therapy space and practice, as well as all of the care I have received from the physical therapist!

I have been doing Pelivc Floor physical therapy for months now before and after a surgery and it has helped WONDERS. My pain has significantly decreased and is almost nonexistent at time. My quality of life as improved and I just feel so safe, held and supported on my healing journey from different injuries.

I went to Renew PT to do therapy for my shoulder injury (Subacromial impingement and Glenoid Labrum Tear). The facility was great, parking was ample and the place was clean. Front Desk (Jonah) was awesome, she was super attentive and was easy to talk with in regards to payment and scheduling PT sessions.

All of the staff and therapists were kind and showed legitimate concern for your well being. I personally had PT with Dr. Sarah Meech and I couldn't have been happier. She is very genuine, honest and knowledgeable. She will tell you what needs to be done to achieve your goals and will guide you every step of the way. She will encourage you so that you keep on progressing towards getting back to 100%, and is just overall a great person.ngl never thought I would be looking forward to going to PT but I did lol.

If ever you need PT services im sure everyone in Renew PT is great but if you were given a choice go with SARAH MEECH
