Our experience with Renewal by Andersen has been terrible. We started the process with measurements being taken on July 7th. When our French door was installed in October it was a complete mess. The panel was chipped and the door was installed incorrectly. Many pieces were missing and they installed it without the frame inset. We contacted the company as well as sent pictures of the terrible workmanship. A supervisor came out and admitted the door had been installed incorrectly and was then reinstalled. We are still waiting for pieces that are missing from the door as well as a new panel since the last one was damaged. The exterior work has also not been finished since the installer stated that it could not be finished until the replacement panel was installed. We were contacted by the finance company stating that the job had been finished and the second half of the payment was due. Our project is still not completed months later. Buyer beware.

Received a quote and indepth presentation from David Strueber, decided to proceed with the project of replacing 3 front windows of the home.windows being replaced were very old original windows, so looking forward to this next project of upgrading the home. Making it also more energy efficient.

The Renewal by Andersen casement windows in my home were installed 13 years ago and are already shot. Don’t let them convince you that their product is superior to other brands.

After scheduling an appointment to replace ~40 windows and getting several emails confirming the appointment no one showed up. When I called to question what happened they blamed me for not confirming and the appointment was canceled. Terrible customer experience right out of the gate. Canceled them and recommend you do too.

Looks like window replacement will be done in 2 months after approval by homeowners association instead of 3 to 4 months originally thought. Renewal people respond timely to requests. Design Consultant Cassie Sheetz has been very helpful.

I met with Sales Representative Franco Jauregui the day after I contacted this company and appreciated the quick response to my request for a meeting. He was professional and on time! He brought visual aids which were very helpful in understanding the features and benefits of the product offered. I'm considering the purchase of a sliding patio door from Renewal by Andersen.

The difference in maintaining interior home temperature by replacing vinyl slider windows with double sash Renewal by Anderson windows is remarkable. There is no energy transfer, and my house stays in perfect temperature throughout the day! Jennifer Bishop, Renewal by Anderson sales rep, was helpful, thoughtful, courteous and extraordinarily knowledgeable. She provided affordable option for my window replacements. The project involved the entire house and a variety of "wood" interior styles (gliding, casement and awning). "Wood" is in quotes because truly there is so little wood in them the wood amounts to a stick-on applied over plastic. I should have paid more attention during the purchase. At a glance they do appear to made of solid wood. Just so you know.

Things mostly went well, though I'm still waiting for things to be done 3 months after install. Some of the delay is blamed on a new iPad based project control software.

I'm told the warranty extends for decades, but already see fissures in the cladding I need to keep a watch on. If I have issues they are not with the install crew. Staff have always been helpful.

Nica was great. She understood exactly what we want to achieve and spent a lot of time guiding us through the process. She is an interior designer and had a lot of great recommendations. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re getting new windows! We’ll update this after we actually get the new windows!

Mark Smith was very good at hi job. He made it seamless! Easy to work with and very organized. This company was very professional in every way!

If you have the time or patience to get hard pitched for OVER an hour at your own home, or would like to overpay by about 40% over fair market value, or would easily fall for shady sales tactics, or enjoy having rude sales people at your home (Ethen?) or willing to wait 20+ weeks for installation, (and so many more) give these guys a call, otherwise, you are welcome!

Had our salesman Eric Delgado out to our home last week. Fantastic individual with years of industry experience. Well versed in his company, product and industry in general. Visit went extremely well, and we decided to purchase our windows from Eric. The attention to detail and customer service were second to none, highly recommend!

We love our windows. We ordered the windows in August and they were installed in December. Elton was our agent and he definitely sold us on the windows. We had searched for a few months and finally went with Anderson Windows. They are pricey, but we absolutely see the difference. Our home had termites and any other window install would not have effectively worked as they tear down to the studs. They took out the old windows, installed the new ones and wow is all we can say. Our home stays so much cooler in the summer. The heat from our front windows was terrible, now the heat does not penetrate at all.
We originally thought we would go with white, but then he showed us the Dark Bronze color and we were sold on that.
The installers were terrific and not did not take long.
The living room window is a large window and we ordered the middle style screen to save a buck. I was not happy with it at all, I called Elton and he asked what he could do to make it right. He went ahead and ordered us the best of the best screen and it does not even seem like a screen is on there. There was no charge to us, he just wanted us happy.
We are getting ready to order another 4 windows to complete our home. This is one of the best investments that we made to our home. I would recommend Anderson Windows hands down. I never knew that much about windows until he explained it to us both.
You will not be disappointed with Anderson Windows.

Our rep, Dave Strueber, was great. He started by asking us questions about our expectations, needs, and plans for the overall house. From there, he was able to tailor his recommendations - after he looked at the size/placement of the windows. I really appreciated how he used technology to show us different window options as well as what caused our current issue with our windows. We are going with his recommendations.
