Under Robin's keen supervision and care, I learned about how bad my eating habits were and made initial fixes that have had a lasting impact on my overall well being. I also gained a greater understanding of what was going on inside of my body when it came to sugar retention and how I needed to change it, which was shocking to me being I don't have a "sweet tooth". I also gave up popular vices like drinking soda and energy drinks entirely and avoid them still to this day.
