Me:
I had a problem with my kitchen sink, one side was clogged and wouldn't drain. Flooded every time I used my dishwasher.

Pros:
Chris was able to come, same day, diagnose the problem as my very old garbage disposal, and fix up the clog without requiring a full replacement. Very economical. Even quoted a very reasonable price for a new replacement if I wanted it, and used bioenzymes to fully clean out the pipe. Very polite and thorough cleaning.

Cons:
Not a major issue, since it was same day and all, but I'll mention it anyway. The plumber was scheduled to come 12-2 pm, but came at about 4 pm. They did their best to make up for it, no complaints here. Dispatcher was very responsive and apologetic, and it was out of their control.

The guys at Renowned Plumbing are the best. Honest and experienced. Knocked out my job in less than an hour and we now have new faucets with more dripping. Thank you Richard, Joey, and Danny!

Renowned Plumbing did a great job with our main line sewer replacement. Joey and the other plumbers were friendly, patient, and clean. The warranty with Renowned Plumbing was much better that another plumbing company we used in the past. We would defiantly use Renowned again in the future, and would recommend them to others for their plumbing needs.

I recently had a water heater installed by Joey and Danny from Renowned Plumbing & Rooter. Their same-day response was impressive, and the customer support from the initial quote by Fabiola to the in-person service was excellent. Their communication was clear, and their professionalism throughout the installation was commendable. Highly satisfied with their timely and efficient service.

I had a main water leak in my lawn. Lorenzo came out promptly to give me an estimate. I had a total of 5 contractors give me a quote, with exactly the same material and process to complete the work. Renowned offered me the best quote and warranty on labor and materials. This type of work is labor intensive but Lorenzo, Danny, & Joey (field supervisor) were completely professional and just seem to gel well together. Another thing "NO" butt cracks were exposed. They completed the work thoroughly and was meticulous in doing the job right from the get go. I highly recommend this "family owned business" to anyone looking for an honest plumber, who offers reasonable prices, you won't be disappointed.

Chris and his team arrived on-time and were in and out within an hour. They showed us before and after video of our main pipe clog, and left our three bathrooms in better condition then when they arrived. Definitely recommend their company and will use them again if required.

My gas was shut off due to a leak and they had me up and running the next day.
