The service is VERY VERY VERY HORRIBLE! I placed my order back on cyber Monday it’s now Jan. 15 and I have still NOT received my product. My order has been not put through once and when it has finally gotten through my dryer was swapped from an electric dryer to a gas dryer which I don’t have gas hookup. When calling the representative told me RESPECTFULLY as if I misordered the product when they did. I was told I was going to get a call back and still have not received it. This is my first time going through rent a center and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
Company does not call you when they won’t be showing up, mixed up our order to begin with and charged us another month for a machine they were supposed to pick up but never did.
Got the best deal in town I finally got my loveseat recliner chairs and I can sit in the front room and not be trapped in my room 24/7 and watch TV look out the front door God is good and it's at the right time I'm in so much pain
Order a couch set said it would take 6 to 8 weeks when they never called I would call them they are all completely lost at this store they told me that couch set was no longer available.now being about 3 weeks since they told me that I went to a different rent a center I get the same set I wanted and I get them this week 9ver all they have very poor customer service I recommend rent a center on March ln.

Call call this morning the employee by the name of Jordan didn't know anything just kept telling me that there was a lot of people in the store and after that he says oh no we're only getting one at a time no help at all
This place is trash and Erica is the worst manager I have ever had to deal with, poor customer service, team is not on the same page, get different information every time I call over to this place, Must Be A Wilson Way Thing Lol, Never do business with this place ever again PERIOD!
