This place this complete trash I highly don’t recommend anyone shopping here especially when it comes to missing a payment they will threaten you on the phone I will file a report to the corporate not professional don’t do any business here

We were immediately greeted and introduced to good selection of new furniture and appliances in the showroom. I have purchased at Rent a Center before and will continue to shop here for us for years to come.

I am so sick and tired of the manager at this place she has shown up at my home and disrespected me, hit my door for missing one payment! I literally cannot believe it, they came again today and were aggressive, rude and just about enter your home. Never ever doing business with these type of people again. Never ever had this treatment over a missed payment. It’s ridiculous and next step will be a lawsuit if you show up at my door again. The only nice person here is the driver. Literally. Do not do business here. I really hope corporate contacts me, my complex has cameras I will provide that to them, no one should ever be treated the way they treat you over a late payment.

I just go there to make payment on the bed I'm renting to own. I go there because they don't do credit checks. But you have to make payments weekly.

Service is very unprofessional, just one day past due and they call you a thousand times and even go to your house and try to open door with out permission and no consideration of me trying to sleep because we work graveyard shift.
