4When the person picked up my refrigerator he dragged the refrigerator on the ground and scratched the tile floor by the front door. Then he was moving it by himself and he hit the front door and made a dent in it.
I like the fact the rent a center team understands and works with you. They are a very professional team through out the Modesto an ceres California area obviously can't take advantage of not paying your bills but if you communicate and let them know your situation, and that you would have it the next day they work with you and that's why I will continue to do business with them because everyone does go through that type of situation once or twice when paying a balance off thank you RAC for this opportunity

My experience with you guys was very very bad you do not have people skills you guys do not know what you're doing and the customer is supposed to always be right and you didn't even try to fix the problem that we were having you decided to just tell me you respond my money So I give you no stars for the worst service ever
