Rent-A-Center, Modesto CA

I have been late on possibly one other bill besides this one but I have never in my life experienced the rudeness I have with this company. I am currently experiencing a hardship and my banking was scammed my cellular is off and I get a letter saying I’m stealing the item I purchased just because I am late on 1 payment. If I do not pay the day after my due date my phone usually gets 10 calls just for them to ask me the same questions and be rude about me not being able to pay right away. I’m always in time this is ridiculous. This is definitely the last time once I’m done paying this item off I will not be coming back.

Just came in to shop recently have never had any business with them but the 1st person I interacted with mannie greeted me made feel so welcome even though he was with another customer when I came in when the young woman I believe Marissa came and took over was so helpful and knowledgeable explained everything to me and went above and beyond to help me out the store had very nice selection of furniture beds and living rooms A+ service all the way around I will be back soon just thought I’d share my A+ experience and can’t wait to come back.

Canceled my order and didn't even tell me and only Canceled because you had to order it. Why have the item on your website if your stores cancel all orders they order that aren't in the store. Rent a center advertises item they won't allow you to purchase they told me any item on the site that isn't already in the store they will cancel the order, so false advertising.
